That looks fab Meg, I could eat that right now.

Sorry I have been MIA, I have been busy with life. I have tried to stick to plan as much as possible and another -2lb for me please Shala

It's not going fast enough to my liking but I should just get on with it and not focus so much on the numbers.

I definitely need to be more organised, shop better, was thinking of starting online shopping, Asda has a deal where you pay delivery in advance for 3 months, makes it cheaper. Does anyone here does that and is it useful? Do other supermarkets do that too? I thought I saw somewhere that Tesco do deliveries from £1. I'll need to look into that when I have a moment.

Going to have a read back, lots to catch up on. Have a good day all.

Mumoftwo, I did the 3 month deal with asda and was completely cheesed off with how many times they were offering really cheap deliveries in the interim, plus was still nipping to aldi for fruit and veg so not bothering again.

Meg, looks lovely, i need to liven meals up again, we seem to have slipped back into a rut, albeit a healthier one.

Mildred. We have a family wedding coming too, in August. My niece. I am truly awful at clothes shopping, have no sense of colour and dread buying a new outfit. Hopefully will be another stone smaller and maybe at target by then.....

I too have done the asda 3 month thing and wouldent do it again as you can now pick up deliveries for a quid.(& I hate the substitutions as they are so silly sometimes)

What is your price range Mildredd?

I caved in and had a piece of chocolate tray bake last night. It had maltesers and marshmallow in it. Also had a freddo. Think I might just have made 15 syns daily allowance.

I was wondering if anyone can tell me if brown rice flour is syn free? I have a recipe for microwave 'bread' which I used when low carbing and which I could adapt for SW. If I used brown rice flour it would make the bread SF.

    B: 2 x wheatabix, mango & quark
    L: Noodles. Fruit
D: Lasagne made with extra lean mince and vegetables.Green beans. Fruit.
    Milk for tea.
    BM: 30 min Callanetics.

    Morning,

Beanie - the Davina dvd is the Fit in 15 one, so it's high intensity for 15 minutes. It gets me really puffed out and i don't even follow Davina yet, just the lady who does it more slowly! It's easy to follow but quite fast paced...

Get back on it TIE! :D

tazzy - well done for sticking to it and not bingeing - it's a first step to changing habits :T

BEG - glad to hear the hospital visit went well x

Mildredd, great to hear you're back on plan.. whatever dress you pick get some good shape wear for under it, it'll make you feel confident if nothing else (although be careful it doesn't squish into you poorly tummy!) Wrap dresses ot tea dresses work well, and show off your *ahem* assets whilst skimming your tummy.

I don't know how much you have to spend but i found Debenh*ms and M&S good for variety to try on..

HDK - :T:T:T brilliant loss, well done x

Lantanna - hope you get the result you want tonight!

Right last night was a complete blow out for OH's birthday - i think i ate approx 3000 cals  but it's done and dusted and will count as a flexiday and i'm back on plan today! :j

    xx

    Morning all

Meg72 that dinner looks absolutely amazing and so tasty! My meals taste ok but the presentation leaves a lot to be desired:eek: especially if it's an omelette :)

Long day in work today with possibly a few hours work tonight. My nice friendly colleague has decided to join SW so I'm going to have a buddy - and really sicken off nasty pita colleague:rotfl:

    Today is EE -

breakfast - w/meal (hexb) roll with bacon, tomatoes and mushrooms (it was absolutely delicious!)

lunch - smoked ham with cucumber, tomatoes, peppers, red onion, gerkins, picked beetroot and onions. Strawberries and a Muller Light if I'm still hungry!

dinner - gammon steak, SW chips, cauliflower and peas

hexa milk for coffee this afternoon and 2 syns for squirt of l/f salad cream with remaining syns kept for wine tonight

Have a good day everyone x

After taking medication for my back, I a bit out of it this morning so will need to go to a late WI. I'll be pleased with STS.;)

MrsR might be along with some advice on occasion dressing, mildredd. She's great at that. I think maxi dresses are good if you don't want to wear heels, in an all over print that won't show fingermarks. Those dresses with a sort of knot just below the bust are good for skimming over a lumpy tum. I'd definitely get fitted for a really good bra but (personally) I wouldn't fancy the magic knickers. I'll do a bit of searching later.

I bought a couple of maxi dresses yesterday but they were the cheap and cheerful sort for my sunshine holiday (one Asda, one TKMaxx). Certainly worth looking in TK Maxx but hit and miss what they have in.

    Back later.
