Thanks Mrs Ryan! I absolutely love carbonara & can't believe I can have it on plan! Will give it a go - sounds simple enough! How many triangles do I need for one portion?

Stuffed after my Chinese now but again all within plan so I'm hoping I will make it through day 1. Baby steps!

Hope you are all enjoying the weather x

    Well done on losses.
I hope you've enjoyed the hot weather - missing it here :( .

Last night, after posting, I had 2 SF Werthers (1 syn)

    Saturday's Menu was:

Breakfast: 1/2 grapefruit, hexb toast spread with 1 lauughing cow light triangle (part hexa)
Lunch: crustless quiche made with spring onion, smoked ham and mushrooms, with crunchy salad. ML orange with dark choc sprinkles yogurt
Dinner: chargrilled steak, baked potato & rainbow salad, Hartley's 10 apple & watermelon jelly (0.5 syns)
Snacks: chocolate digestive biscuit (3 syns)

    Total syns so far: 3.5
Syns Bank: 61 (2 days left before WI)

Tomorrow our football team is involved in a 'must win' play off game, so I'll be there with OH. DD & DS are coming too. Afterwards we are going to DD's for dinner, so I think I'll need those syns - hopefully a celebration feast but maybe comfort eating ;) .

    Night all.

Oh and I was thinking about eating habits. I'm the opposite of most of you. If I'm home alone, I don't bother with anything, but when DH is around I have to keep up with him! Thank goodness it's the bowling season!

Evening all, making the most of OH being in the shed to catch up with you.

Have to confess to being a secret eater too, trouble is, it's normally linked to emotional upset, so I really go off the rails. Touch wood, I've not felt the need for a while now.

MEG72 - thanks for the ice cream recipe, I was looking at the frozen yoghurts in Mr A's and couldn't justify the syns, so will look at making a batch of that up - thinking about adding some frozen berries to it which would be lush!

Shala - thanks for the updated chart and well done on your loss!

Annie - I suffer with migraines though I only tend to get the sickness and normally I can catch them before they get too bad. If I don't manage to then I find the only thing that gets rid of them is going to bed and sleeping them off

Loving the weather today, we've been out on the scooters to a local event and spent several hours chatting with friends. I got lots of compliments on my weight loss which was very good for the ego!

OH asked for a picnic so I was able to put up a nice chicken salad for me with FF dressing with some fruit for after whilst he had the same, but with mayonnaise along with a couple of filled rolls and a cake. Came home and made a SW nicoise salad for us both.

Out on them again tomorrow so have just finished making SW red pepper houmous to have with carrots and celery sticks, ryvitas and laughing cow triangles for me. Have baked OH some cheese scones which he will have with cold meats and HM chutney.

I don't like hot weather, but today's temperature has been perfect with the benefit that I actually want to eat salad, rather than having to!

Hope you are all having a good weekend too

The honey monster stix, honeycomb and chocolate are still a HEB and you can have 2

Quite happy to be proven wrong on this one (infact, I'd love to be proven wrong as the honeycomb stix are awesome!), but we were told by our consultant that they are no longer a HEB and they weren't on the list that TopGirl posted a few days ago. Really hope you are right and I am wrong though :D Xx
