:T on getting the OU place MrsR. You could treat it as a bit of a NSV and plan a summer outfit that you know you'll feel good and confident in. Good motivation to keep losing those pounds!
Good loss mo3. Enjoy your syns.:)
Thanks for the recipe denise. Sounds hotter/spicier than the jambalaya I do. Mine has extra veg (carrots, courgettes, peppers and peas) and I use thyme. It's my DH's favourite.
tazzy, your DH sounds like one of those Secret Eaters! My DH eats all the SW meals I cook for him but has non SW muesli and sandwich type lunches as well. Plus he has more wine syns than I do. What's irritating is he says he wants to lose weight! Is there an exasperated, raises eyebrows, shakes head smiley??;)
Strangely enough I really look forward to weekends even though I only do a bit of voluntary work during the week now, so life's one long weekend. Like lots of others I work on a 105 syns a week total and keep plenty for weekends to make them special and different.0 -

It looks good to me wiz. Considering you really don't like much fruit and veg you're doing brilliantly. Have I missed any WIs from you?0 -
Funny moment of the week for me.
Talking to the young man I've been seeing and lamenting my lack of self control:
'If it wasn't for weekends, I'd be eight stone'
Him 'You can't be much more than that already'.
I've not been under eleven since we met, bless him.
On which, we have had a small wobble this evening. But it's stopped now.
Have the last football day of the season on Sunday, the funeral on Tuesday and taking my best friend away next weekend for her birthday, then I am having an alcohol free month beginning on the 19th.
I do the dryathlon for cancer research every year so I know I CAN do it and no major events in that 31 days so that should boost my weight loss wonderfully. Wish me luck :j0 -

Yemma - I agree that the cappucino mullerlight are rather delishI thought I had read somewhere that they were free on EE but I cannot seem to find that particular flavour anywhere. I don't really like diet flavour fruit yoghurts but would certainly buy these ones again.
Update on visit to drs - he is happy for now that the anitibiotics are working but wants to see me again next week and while I was there he gave me a steroid injection in my heel  Just had a Malteasers Easter Bunny (3 syns) as a reward for being so brave
Have a good weekend everyone

Evening all.
Just want to say what a bunch of fabulous losses this week, a special well done to those struggling and those getting awards :T
I'm sad to say I will not be joining you, I really don't know what to do anymore. I had another gain this week taking my total to 5lb gain in 2 weeks. I really don't understand it as have been 100% on plan, I have just seriously upped my exercise - determined to be slimmer and more toned for when my hubby comes home in 8 weeks.
I broke down in group again last night, consultant and the rest of the group was so supportive. My consultant has asked me to do an SAS Log, never done one before but just have to write down every single thing that passes my lips, breaking everything down for eg. a cup of tea would have to include, milk, sugar, water, teabag! Its long but my consultant swears by it.
So now I am in a bit of quandary to I carry on with my exercise, or just focus on the weight loss. I'm really not sure the 2 can go together. I feel miffed paying £4.95 and getting no results with all the hard work I am putting in.
To those that do regular exercise did you find you gained weight at the beginning but then had loses? I was the proper green eyed monster in group last night when people were losing 3-4lbs and had a night out with friends, ate lots of cake etc etc  I'm feeling all this can not be good for my health, and I have been a proper miserable biatch for the last 24hours!!0 -

It certainly is, lethal stuffWonderful for the system, like, not so much for the social life.
They're a little more like super noodles tbh although I've only had the bbq beef ones as they are 3 for 2 quid in my local pound shop at the moment* and I really like them, they do for a pre/post run dinner with some fruit if I don't want anything heavier but I know I need something. At 1.5 syns, they're definitely worth it.
Well done on your injection and your small treat, that kind of thing usually sends me headfirst into the wine.
* I have no idea of the logistics of something being 3 for 2 quid in a pound shop. Also the top line of my keyboard is entirely broken or I would be using the appropriate pound signs and brackets0
