Evening all,

Greentiger - well resisted on the sausage roll and tart.
Top Girl, I put in the nutritional info I found on mysupermarket.com and they're coming out at 18.5 syns on extra easy!!! I couldn't find them listed on the syns online, so did it manually.
Went to WI this morning, got there early, and managed to get to my hairdresser appt. in plenty of time. Was pleased with a -2.5lb loss (thanks Shala), which gave me my Club 10 award, plus my next 1/2 stone award. I also reached my initially set target, so I've moved it again down another stone and a half, and when I reach that, I'll move it down again by another stone and a half, until I get to where I want to be.
Plan for today has been : Original/Red
B - 2 x high fibre white bread (heB 1 & 2), light spread (2.5), jam (2)
L - apple, banana
snack - 2 x chinese chicken drumsticks (1), Total split pot 0% greek yog. rasp. & pomegranate (2)
D - HM beef casserole, swede, carrots, onions, gravy (2), canned potatoes (3)
HeA1 - milk in tea/coffee, don't think I'll bother with another one.
Total syns: 12.5One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

How many syns in a Rustlers char sui pork snackpot please?
Sorry but Rustler doesn't show up at all online. The pork's not a problem but I suppose it's whatever else is in the pot. Perhaps if we checked the food values we could find out syns?
I had lunch out today at a pub/restaurant where the chef was a winner on the Great British Menu programme (although I've not seen the programme myself). So totally off plan meal and wine syns.:o
I've got WI tomorrow and will be thrilled if I don't put on 5lbs at least. Every week since Easter seems to have been a disaster. My target is to get at the lower end of target range before my sunshine holiday. I WILL do it!!!!0 -
