You look as if you had 2 HEA's instead of HEA & HEB but reading further on looks like you have got it spot on now & our maman is keeping a wee eye on you.
She sure is Macpep, it's a good thing too.

I lost another 3lb tonight. I have felt really out of control this week as it is my first week without a food diary. I got some more from group tonight.
Really pleased with my loss. I am aiming to lose 2.5lb next week and then I will have lost a stone since being back at SW

Slimmer of the week too :T0 -
Hope the bloating goes away soon Beanie.
Am feeling rather rebellious regarding the reduction of HeB cereal bars. Think this is a definite ploy by SW to increase the sales of their own HiFi bars. Fortunately I don't eat bars very often, but for those that do I think it's downright mean. I will be double checking the packets to see if they have changed the nutritional value of the likes of the Kelloggs Chewy bars that I used to get (I still have an old pack), to see if they have changed at all. Some aren't able to afford expensive bars like the Hifi's, and surely our £5 p/wk should be enough already!
Moan over. Off to bed now
p.s. Stayed on track, although I did allow myself a biscuit at my meeting tonight, so that's an extra 5 syns, but keeps me within my allowance for the day. Hoping to make WI tomorrow morning before I have to whizz off to the hairdressers. Catch up with you all tomorrow. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Had another EE day today:
Breakfast - 35g oats (HEB), Mullerlight, banana.
Lunch - Leftover mince and vegetable sauce with pasta, grapes.
Tea - Cod in Parsley Sauce (1.5 syns), new potatoes, broccoli, peas, orange, kiwifruit.
Supper - Celery, cottage cheese, Highlights made with ss milk (HEA).0 -
Sorry just to clarify- I only had one HiFi, my stupid iPhone must have put it twice for some reason!! I know the salted caramels are 1 for a HEB. Hadn't noticed that- thanks! And also as well- Tesco wheat biscuits are basically Weetabix but Tesco's own brand. I note in the book it does say it's fine to substitute supermarket own brands of the same cereal- again I should probably use the generic brand name rather than what they actually are
Sorry about the wheat biscuits. I was thinking a cereal bar so looking in the wrong place.:oThe website is correct, these are the only cereal bars that are HEB now
I agree with sary. It's as if SW has an interest (probably financial) in promoting certain products.I have the 2008 optimising book and I'm sure when I was checking
HEBs it said cheese, perhaps I've dreamed it. If it's not right I won't do it again. But thanks for mentioning it.
It's really confusing wiz but you'll get there! On Red (Original) and EE, cheese can only be a HEA but on Green cheese can be a HEA or HEB! The lists aren't identical but they are similar. If you want to know about any particular cheese then just ask. macpep was talking about an EE menu you did the other day so there cheese is only a HEA (not HEB as you'd counted it).
Sorry you're feeling bloated beanie. I'm feeling much the same but all good days will show up in the end. Just like the bad ones do.:(
:T on all those coming in with losses. So pleased for you.:)0 -
No need to apologise Maman
I agree it is a bit confusing!
