Hello late call tonight - or early this morning; depends how you look at it ;)
Just back from footie- our team lost booooooooo

ANyway, that apart, it's been quite a good day.

I am satisfied to say it was STS for me today, Shala You all know i had that dreadful Saturday and I've been clawing back since then.

    Tuesday's Menu
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs, 2 hexb wee toast, butter (3 syns)
Lunch: cooked ham, mixed salad, pickled cauliflower & beetroot, WW lemon tart yogurt, banana (At this point I wish it to be noted that my daughter brought me a delicious sausage roll from my favourite local baker - and I turned it down!!!! OH and she shared it. And I also turned down a slice of rhubarb tart, also from aforementioned favourite baker :A )
Dinner: meatball pasta bake from SW mag with hexa cheese, lettuce
Snacks: 1 x chocolate digestive (3 syns) and 2 minibabybel light (4 syns) (cue more harp music - at football match my son bought me a Mars bar. I didn't even look at it :A :A )

I must remember pride usually comes before a fall, however.

    Total: 10 syns
"Bank Balance": 95 for 6 days

Some great losses showing up today - keep it up. If, like me, you're struggling, keep at it - I'm sure it'll come right sooner or later.

I've had a change of menu for today, originally I'd planned a Red day but I made too much coq au vin yesterday so there are LOs for tonight, which would be OK for a red day but I like to have mash with it so will go with EE instead (think that makes sense!):

B - porridge made with water, Mullerlight Banana & Custard, banana, grapes
L - salad with smoked salmon & crabsticks; will have some FF french style dressing on the salad
D - LO coq au vin, mashed potatoes (mashed with FF yoghurt)

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - porridge

Not sure about syns yet but I won't be synning the coq au vin as I counted them yesterday. Will probably have a fruit split lolly this evening - 3 syns.

Morning all, after a weekend away visiting my best friend, involving lots of wine and a curry, then Monday night out for a huge bad meal with my other half, I'm amazed to find I have STAYED THE SAME this week!

I'm back in the zone now, and did actually thoroughly enjoy my weekend of indulgence, so now to move forward and get some weight off!

    Morning All

Some more good losses I see, well done!:T
Wiz - you will get there, its a lot to take in at first, my head gets pickled when I look at red & green so I tend to stick to EE with the odd Green or Success Express if I feel I need a wee boost.

I went over my syns last night as Tuesday night is our date night whne hubby isn't working so it was syns for wine & a wee kit kat but I work on weekly syns so will be ok :D.

    So Todays Green Menu

    B - Overnight oats (HEB1) & strawberries
L - Dyno Rod Soup, melon, strawberries
    D - SW Chips, 60g gammon steak HEB2, broccoli & cauliflower cheese (HEA1)
Snack - (HEA2) of cheese, pickles & beetroot

Syns - 1 for milk in 2 coffees, water so far 600ml & 1 green tea.

I dont like using my B choice for breakfast but wanted to try the overnight oats so I may require a wee snack later on tonight to keep me going. I am going out an 8 mile walk tonight so that should burn up some extra syns!

ETA: - Changed to green day!

Well first weigh in last night saw 2.5 off :) thought it was going to be more due to the number of loo visits though!!

But importantly, for the first time in all the years I've been on/off SW, I never binged last night after class:j

    So EE today -

Dinner - chicken, potatoes, brocolli, cauliflower and sweetcorn.

Snacks - melon, pineapple and satsumas.

Syns so far - l/f salad cream (2). If afternoon at work is like morning then wine tonight!!

Have a good day all x

    Hi All,

I have finally returned. It's crazy how much I've missed this board.

I've been running the opening of a new office for the big estate agents that I work for which has involved training all new staff and having them in my office as well as my own team. As you can imagine it's been hectic so A) Slimming World hasn't been great and B) I haven't had the time to log in here, let alone read all of your lovely posts.

But I'm certainly back now. I have my first weigh in tomorrow post holiday which I'm dreading, but I've been on red days since I returned with just on HEB to try some damage control.

I'll be back to let you know how I've got on and so you can all inspire and motivate me :)

I hope everyone is well and being as good as possible. As always, hugs to those that need them!
