lantanna - well done you, that's brilliant.

    Review of Thursday's menu
Breakfast: hexb porridge (I make this with water and salt - always have - and just have a little hexa milk to cool it a little
Lunch: HM soup, probably tomato & basil (1 syn as there were 2 tbsp of reduced fat pesto in it - there are at least 6 servings) also had WW yogurt
Dinner: fish in cherry tomato sauce with oven cooked diced potatoes and runner beans , banana and NOlow fat custard (2)/yogurt had a lovely Mac red apple instead
Snacks: 2 Werthers (2) and a mint choc biscuit (guessing 6)

    Total: 9 syns

    Fryday's plan

Breakfast: hexb toast & jam (2)
lunch: stir fry prawns & noodles
Dinner: stuffed chicken with herby couscous (2.5), fruit

That's all for now - it's late, even for me!

Well as you would expect in very good tune today lol – Totally typical when not in a challenge though lol:rotfl:
I got told this morning by one man in work that I needed take my clothes to the charity shop! Another said I’d be suicidal if I put the weight back on – people are charming aren’t they lol  I don't ask for these comments or tell them anything about my weightloss so I wonder why they feel the need to comment !!!
Well done with your loss pschyopathbabble!:T
In a spin - I’ve stopped putting a number on it at this stage for a loss each week and now just hope for anything off lol, anything over a 1lb is a bonus for me at this stage lol:eek:
Mrs Ryan – you do some walking over the week – well done:T I’m trying to build up to your lead! Will be hitting that treadmill tonight.
Thanks Maman, Daisy, Greentiger and anyone I've missed out – You could scrape me off the ceiling I’m that giddy about it lol:rotfl:
Mildredd – one person takes on a challenge to lose weight over 6 weeks and gets sponsored for it for a charity of their choice. It was vaguely explained to us last night so I’m not sure if everybody does it and then the winner gets the money for the charity or if just one nominated person does it!!! It will probably never happen in our group lol. We had nominations for couple of the year a few weeks ago and that was never taken any further after that!!
  • Well done on your loss lantana :T

IM STILL HERE :D just not in a good place mentally :o. Beanie you have my deepest sympathy (and anyone else who's lost a loved one recently) I'm struggling to get out of my dark place. Won't bore you with the details, am 'trying' to keep as close to SW as I can but am heading for a gain (due to son buying papa johns :o).
Hopefully back on track next week when at work. Half term is not good for me as on my own mostly, too much time to brood :o.
Anyway keep the faith all :A:A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I've decided on a Red day today for a change - I don't do them very often as I never seem to have enough of the right food in, LOL!

    B - bacon & mushroom omlette
L - not decided yet but will be either ham & HM coleslaw sandwich or HM butternut squash soup - both need using up so will decide shortly when my DD gets here for lunch
D - squid stuffed with shrimps, stirfried veg (DH cooking:T)

    HEA1 - milk
HEB2 - bread (either sandwich or with soup)

This will leave me with HEA2 and HEB2 for this evening so may have crackers & cheese or crackers with butter (depending on how late it is when I decide to eat it as won't eat cheese after about 8pm!)

There will be some wine syns consumed this evening but not sure what else but maybe some butter.

    Hi All

I have not been on the last few days, think I poisoned myself :(. I dont like prawns, had them once before & hated the texture, however decided to try the SW "Scampi" from a mag, hubby said they werent cooked as they were chewy (he is not a fan of them either) but they were in 20 mins (recipe stated 12-15) he didnt ea them, I left a few as I just dont' like them but as I had made them decided to eat them. Ended up being sick through the night numerous times & then started coming out the other end :o. I will not eat them again, I have tried twice. First day back at work today on EE

    B- Frozen Berries, natural yoghurt
L - Chicken in mayo, lettuce, cucumber, carrots, beetroot, peppers, kiwi, melon & strawberries
    D - SW Chilli, rice & veg
Syns so far - 1 for milk in coffee, 1.5 for mayo & salad dressing
    Drinks - 2 x coffees, 1 x green tea 750 ml water.

Lantanna - Well done on your fab loss :T
TIE - Hope the black dog leaves you soon, hugs x

Not a big fan of prawns myself but was actually going to try the scampi from the mag myself at some stage but think I will give it a miss now.
