    Morning all

Feeling a bit disheartened today, been keeping an eye on the scales all week ahead of WI tonight and seem to have gained 3lb overnight!! Been bouncing with energy all week, woke up this morning feeling exhausted so think it's TTOTM so I know I am on for an undeserved gain at my first WI

Morning Daisy, if you do get the gain this week then just remember you'll hopefully get a mahoosive loss the week after if you stick to plan! So don't be too disheartened...

So weigh in for me tonight – really hopeful for 1.5 lbs off to get my 5 stone cert. Would be fab to get it!

Good luck - everything crossed for you x

Hi Mookiepook.. welcome to the thread x

Mugshots - bleuurgghh - like slime in a cup! :rotfl:

Shortie - ignore the krispy kremes, they don't taste half as nice as they look. We were shocked at how many ingredients they had in them when someone in the office bought some the other week!
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Thanks shala_moo, was just telling myself the same thing. I've been bouncing about like tigger all week from the fresh fruit and veg and feel awful today so at least I know it's not something I have done.

About to go and stock up on the famous mug shots, i'd forgotten all about them. Gonna make and freeze a big batch of superspeed soup as well, all these positive actions will have to pay off sometime!!

Hi everyone I've decided to do the SW plan from today - so can I please join your group, I could do with the support. Just got weighed, I'm currently 11 stone 2.5lb and would love to get to just below 10 stone. I bought the latest SW magazine yesterday for some inspiration. Just been looking at the recipe thread which is fabulous - can someone tell me where I can buy syn free sausages from please? Thanks xx

Welcome! Are you going to group or going it alone? Have you done it before?

Personally, I'm happy with the Sainsbury's half syn sausages.

Sandwich thins aren't new new? I use them as a pizza base ;) one thin 2 halves - 5 syns for the white- fairly close to a pizza base ;) xxx

Did I read somewhere that Aldi now have their own version?

I've never tried the mugshots (cheapshop or otherwise). To be honest they haven't appealed but then I suppose I'm lucky as most of the time I can cook what I want. About the only ready-meal type thing I've used for a quick snack is Batchelor's Golden Rice.

As we were out last night I haven't any LO veg for lunch and no HM soup left in freezer. So scratching my head a bit on lunchtime and do need some SFs somehow. Today's EE plan so far:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB Shreddies with HEA milk
L: will raid freezer to see what I can find, whatever needs to be very low syn or preferably free
    D: SW Bolognese

  • WI this morning. Lost 1.5lbs (hoped for more)

    Doing EE

    Planned meals

B: Shredded Wheat Hex B, sliced Strawberries, milk from Hex A

L: Ham Salad, Apple and ML yogurt

D: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, maybe some SW chips

Snacks: More fruit and ML yogurt

Syns: Extra milk with tea + extra half shredded wheat, maybe piece of toast with dinner = 10

Greentiger - I have not been able to find any fat free natural fromage frais either.

Silly question I know, have seen HM mentioned but cannot think what this means, can someone enlighten me?

Limited to what exercise I can do at the moment as recovering from leg injuries due to a car accident last year. Seeing physio again tomorrow for my weekly visit so may be able to do a bit more.
