Evening everyone
I'm trying to fit my workouts in to my day better so I don't keep getting to the evening thinking I haven't done my workout and then feeling guilty. I'm trying to lose a little weight and my OH is being healthier too so food wise we are doing well I just need to get workouts in better. What do you think about rising earlier in a morning and getting it done first off? I don't normally get up until 7.45/8am as I don't live far from work and going to bed earlier would be ok as my OH goes to bed earlyish 8.30-9.30pm usually as he gets up early for work. I'm also thinking earlier rising would be good to fit some cleaning in too on the days I'm not exercising!

Hiya
Im only loosely on plan at the moment - I'm probably doing more Free2Go and not counting syns although I have some EE days.. I've done loads of exercise this week and will continue right up to WI Monday. I wore a t-shirt today that I bought in Asda's sale end of January and it was tight when I bought it - when I put it on this morning OH asked me if it was one of my old ones because it was that baggy!OH had a hospital appt today and we had to park well away from the hospital.. stupid one way system  on the way home we stopped off at the local reservoir which is also a beauty spot and had a walk but both of us ended up covered in mud.. oops
however we've done about 3.5 miles today so that was a decent workout. OH says he's determined to get fitter now as I apparently put him to shame but unfortunately I'm paying the price now as my back is killing me again
Free2Go day today so unlimited bread and milk and no syns to count as such but certain HEXA/B's are limited (3 x cereal bars, 3 x cheese triangles etc)
B: 2 x Alpen Light (counted as HEXB) Coffee with s/s milk
Can of Diet Coke early afternoon on walk
L: Glorious Skinny Soup - Thai Fragrant Carrot flavour, 2x slices WM bread, pint of NAS cordial, 2 x mini bars of Kinder (total on EE would have been 22.5 )
T: Mushy pea curry, Aldi lemon and coriander couscous, Hartley's jelly pot, Mullerlight, pint of NAS cordial (total on EE would have been 2 syns so not as bad as lunch :rotfl:)
S: 2 x peppered Quorn steaks, tin of tuna (I know I eat the strangest stuff, sorry!) pint of NAS cordial.
