Thanks Lantanna! Thought I might ache like billio this morning, but I'm fine so perhaps I didn't work hard enough. I'm not going to go mad at it, just build up gradually. I reckon several miles on a treadmill is amazing - I can't imagine walking that far in 'real' life. Weird.

Munching away - chicken and some fruit. Scrummy.

I think the chicken mugshot is ok if you're needing to eat something quick and the day's disappearing away from you. I have a spare one in my desk drawer for just such an emergency!! They do make me thirsty though, so expect they're full of salt or MSG or both.

Yeah mine are just really for emergencies as well - when I don't have the time or can't be bothered to make something for lunch the next day....

Great job your not sore - I don't think anybody was meant to be as sore as after that kettle bell class last week for 4 days lol

If I don't have at least a 1lb off tonight I'll crack lol

It's WI for me this morning after missing last week due to a funeral. I'm expecting a bit of a gain as not really stuck to plan properly this week and have gone over on my syns.

Today will be another EE day:

    B - banana after WI
L - will have another banana before going shopping and will then have some LO chilli & rice when I get home
D - SW mac n cheese (frozen when I made it a few weeks ago so just needs reheating.

HEA - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB - not sure but may have some Ryvitas this evening or 2 Alpen Lights
Syns - butter (if I have Ryvitas); gin & slimline tonic (4)

Will pop back later with result of WI.

    Denise

No idea how but managed a STS today! Was really expecting a gain.

Have changed to a Green day although meals haven't changed but not really enough SFs for EE.

    B - banana after WI
L - LO rice and chilli (HEB mince)
    D - mac n cheese (HEA cheese)

HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
    HEA2 - cheese
    HEB1 - beef mince
    HEB2 - Ryvita Original

    Syns: 50g roquefort cheese 9; pink n white 2.5; fruit split lolly 3 = 14.5

  • hello all, I'm still vaguely on plan... just no time to sit and read the forums and post very much!

I lost 3lb this week (some of which was probably down to my blood donation) but that means I'm slightly better than before my holiday :) Need to go back in the right direction for a while!

Well done to losers, hugs to anyone else that needs them.

WI this morning. Lost 1.5lbs (hoped for more)

    Doing EE

    Planned meals

B: Shredded Wheat Hex B, sliced Strawberries, milk from Hex A

L: Ham Salad, Apple and ML yogurt

D: Bacon, eggs, mushrooms, maybe some SW chips

Snacks: More fruit and ML yogurt

Syns: Extra milk with tea + extra half shredded wheat, maybe piece of toast with dinner = 10

I think we always hope for more!;) 1.5lbs a week, is a good average loss. All I'd say looking at your menu is that I think it's better to have your SFs as veg rather than too much fruit. Obviously some days lends itself more to veg but as a general rule there's a lot of sugar in fruit.

I ended up with a delicious lunch. I found a portion of SW curry sauce in the freezer. It already had onions, mushrooms, peppers and tomato in it. I cooked some cauliflower and broccoli to give it some substance and enjoyed a lovely veggie curry. Enjoyed it so much I need to make more curry for the freezer.
