Hey all,
I’ve tried the majority of the Mug Shots and the only ones I like are the Sweet & Sour, the BBQ Beef & the Macroni Cheese – I find the longer you leave them to sit – the better they are. I heat the mug up as well for a bit with hot water first to help the cooking! Lol Yes avoid the £ shop ones big time as they are not free as they are made cheaper and so have different ingredients. Any with Black Writing as opposed to red are not free. The ones you buy in the mainstream supermarkets are all ok – just watch out for those black writing ones.
Beanie lou – Hugs to you! A wee whirl with the Chocolate Monster won’t do you any harm at all.
Mrs Lady – Great work in the gym. I went up late last night and did 2.5 miles on the treadmill and thought that was good – lol. Still every little helps! We had the Football on the gym last night instead of music – I was annoyed L
Mrs Ryan – Sorry about the dress – maybe you could get it taken nearer the time?
So weigh in for me tonight – really hopeful for 1.5 lbs off to get my 5 stone cert. Would be fab to get it!

Morning all
Feeling a bit disheartened today, been keeping an eye on the scales all week ahead of WI tonight and seem to have gained 3lb overnight!! Been bouncing with energy all week, woke up this morning feeling exhausted so think it's TTOTM so I know I am on for an undeserved gain at my first WI
I know its not in my control but I've been so good!!!! Aaaarrrggghhhh!! Anyway, onwards and upwards.
Green Day
Breakfast: Weetabix (HEXB) semi skimmed milk (HEXA), banana
Lunch: Homemade Leek and Potato soup, 2xsmall slice bread (HEXB2)
Dinner: to be decided after WI
Additionally, when I did SW before I ate loads of those mugshots - I used to add chilli flakes to them which seemed to improve them no end. And a bit of salt, I always found them really tasteless. Hope this helps!!!! Have a great day folks0 -
Hi everyone I've decided to do the SW plan from today - so can I please join your group, I could do with the support. Just got weighed, I'm currently 11 stone 2.5lb and would love to get to just below 10 stone. I bought the latest SW magazine yesterday for some inspiration. Just been looking at the recipe thread which is fabulous - can someone tell me where I can buy syn free sausages from please? Thanks xxSober October = 0 alcohol free days

Beanie - anniversaries seem to have a nasty habit of creeping up on us don't they
it was 1 year since my grandad died at the start of the week n that feels like yesterday and end of the year its 10years since my dad died and I can remember both days with ridiculous clarity and precision - yet struggle with what I had for dinner last tues xxx hugs n thoughts to you xxx
Sary- sorry son 1 still isn't sorted :@ hopefully these tests will shed some light on it furtherand hoorah for oh returning! Hope he's got you a nice present!!
Shala- fantastic weight loss!!! Well deserved too!!!
Mugshots- I just don't like themno not for me at all
Clothes - I was bursting out of a 22 when I joined? (Refusing to go in 24 as next don't do 24 as standard in their stores so obviously bit of denial as obviously main stream clothes worked for me)
I'm now in 14 jeans and 14 tshirts (the 16 tshirts I got at Xmas are now too big) and my jeans are starting to get loose n baggy especially on bum n legs as I have sparrow legs n no bum
Not sure a 12 will fit...
Need to go clothes shopping next week for an outfit for a party eepStarted sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Lantanna your exercise makes me tired lol
It makes me tired as well lol - but all I can say is when I am on it I am on it!!! lol Just keep battling on - it will pass
I like the Linda McCartney Red Onion Sausages which are free - not like a proper sausage though! Wish someone would invent a proper low syn sausage that I can buy. I do miss a good sausage lol. I've tried Sainsburys, Asda & Tesco and can't get any of the low syn ones.
Has anyone tried those new Sandwich thins? Everyone seems to be raving about them!
If and its a big IF they are in my Asda tonight I might get some and treat myself to them - thinking with Bacon & Egg for tea after wi!
Welcome Newbies !!0 -
Will check out for the UK mugshots tonight in Mr T - thanks for the heads up before I had a good munch - whoops..
Today's plan:
B: porridge (hexb), dried skimmed milk (2 syns), "sultanans" (said that way as I madethis mix ages ago and knew they were in there. I found a whopping 3 this morning :rotfl:) (1 syn?)
L: LO cous cous with roasted veg
Sn: banana
D: not sure on this one yet, and as I think I'm going shopping straight from work I suspect it will also be a late one..
Darn it, I was working an odd shift yesterday so I wasn't in the office. I come back in this morning to find a range of fancy cupcakes and Krispy Kremes for their birthday and they're on the empty desk next to me. I'm blowing kisses while trying to pretned they don't exist :eek:April 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
