:T shala moo and you too MrsM.

MrsRyan is good with low syn ready meals so she may know about those pouches. Sounds like a really god idea when you're busy or want to feed the family something else.

I'm so pleased for you lantanna. You admire yourself all you like!! It's almost four months to your dress fitting so your target is very attainable in that time, less than 1.5lbs a week by my calculations

I've just portioned up the Bolognese I made yesterday so that's 5 x 2 meals sorted into the freezer.

We're out for supper tonight so may go a bit off plan. It's pretty standard pub fare so may settle for steak and salad but probably with chips and will definitely enjoy some wine syns.:o Rest of today's OK though:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: bubble&squeak and perhaps fruit if I'm hungry

Mine is looking more tent like every time I try it on :( just running on quickly- I have my sickness review meeting with my boss now :( I'm wearing my size 14 Lipsy trackie top which is the only good thing at the moment.. See you all later :)

Do I do a declaration of my full intention or just add it bit by bit?? think will do the latter as that will all be positive.

I started busting out of a 20 - now the 14's are getting loose on the bottom. A ten on the bottom is my final mission - not sure about the top half as my boobs are huge

You can do it. You'll feel great when you get there - I still haven't done anything about my bigger clothes but bagged them. The 20's & 18's are waiting to go on Ebay.

Think I'm too scared to part with the 16's yet!

Are you hoping to return to a size 8?

Weigh in tonight and another 2lbs off :T.

Today's Green Day (light as it was weigh in at 5pm)

B - Porridge (HEB1) made with milk (HEA1), chopped banana and a tablespoon of Golden syrup (2.5 syns)

    L - mug shot, 2 alpenlight (HEB2)

D (after weigh in) - veg and noodle stirfry. Mullerlight.

Still got a HEA but don't think I'll bother!

Blimey, that wouldn't fill me! No idea what a mug shot is ... Is it like a pot noodle?

Today I've had similar breakfast to you but with blueberries as well as banana. I make it with small amount of skimmed milk and rest water. I don't have syrup. I then had a Greek yoghourt.

Tonight I am having homemade SW creamy coriander and minted chicken curry with boiled rice. Then a meringue nest with raspberries.

Lunch was homemade SW quiche, some beetroot and gherkins and a couple of tomatoes.

Hi everyone. Had a good day in France yesterday and not too far over on syns - think I had about 18-20 overall. I've probably gone over for the week by about 10 so will be OK if I have a small gain tomorrow morning - as long as I'm still in target.

    Today's plan is EE:

    B - banana
L - roast pork, HM coleslaw & beetroot sandwich
D - HM chilli & rice. May have some fruit and yoghurt for pud.

HEA will be milk in teas throughout the day.

Syns: large glass of white wine 8

    Denise
