yes, I look for the avatars too.
Have discovered my latest food fad, saving me from syn'ing big style. I've been warming my berries (frozen) in the microwave, its like having pie without the pie, then with yogurt on top, makes it feel like a really naughty pudding.
Its that time of the night where munchies hit, so just drinking diet coke at the mo, and staying away from the kitchen... Going to bed before it strikes me.
LBT tomorrow am then aerobics in the evening. Shoulders still hurt but next week will be back at work so packing in as much as poss.
Can't decide whether to wi tomz or Saturday, was wednesdays but did a sneaky peek that sent my wi's out. Might have to sneaky peek...Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Morning,
Weigh in for me today - 2.5lbs off.. god it took a lot of effort!!
I've now lost 9.5lb since Xmas.. i'd like to lose the same again (if not more) before the 9th April as I have a wedding to go to.. and i'd like to feel less frumpy, although i'll still be uncomfortable in a dress.
Helen - that pudding sounds lovely, i treat myself to a pepsi max now i've given up, it feels really luxurious :rotfl:small things!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Well don shala moo, I want to total 2 stone by April, measly 1lb from Saturday (knew I shouldn't have peeked) but I do feel that my tummy is smaller and I guess that's important too.
Been off since Friday, and just had my 3rd phone call, determined I'm not going in, which makes me feel selfish but also a little cross as I haven't had a week off since August, taking days off instead, so my being off doesn't affect anything. Plus the number of times I cancel my day off is incredible. Just want a week off with the kids and Dave. Oh the joys, seriously makes me want a different job! I did say on Thursday that me taking a whole week off was personally scared and I hoped the place was still standing on my return but jeez.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... Shortie, I find it so much easier as well when I am working as I can just pack my stuff and go! Its just the smell of what other people are eating then annoys me.
Pleaseletmebelucky, Hex & Annie – well done, fab losses. :j
Scotsman – Its great when it all starts to come together isn’t it. It definitely lifts your mood!
Shala moo – I’m in a good place at the minute so I’m clinging on to the positivity for dear life lol Well done on your loss – its def the time of year everyone starts to panic about weddings! I’m a bridesmaid in July with my final fitting in June so really hoping that I can push myself to target for then.
I think strange things are happening to me lol – All of a sudden my fingers seem a lot smaller and I cannot stop looking at myself in disbelief when I look in the mirror or catch my reflection – I seem to get a dramatic change all of a sudden every so often lol. Sorry for banging on lol but I just can’t quite take it in at times!! Lol :rotfl:

Morning all
I haven't abandoned ship (or should that be the wagon?) - just so busy trying to get all the decorating done than Im not sure which way is up-still, hubby is back at work now so I can't get anything like that done until he gets in... Keeping Charlie entertained is more important..
So - well done to those with losses :T and hugs to those in need...
Weigh in for me this morning and reporting in with a 1.5lb loss :j -which was a   moment as I wasn't expecting it as my eating hasn't been as it should be this week -no major munching or anything but just not as "on plan" as it should be "bad bad me" -still it's over with now and today starts a new week ...
I need 2.5 lbs off now to make 2st since new years day and it will also give me my club 10 thingy
whilst I remember -I have made a new discovery -the WW steam and serve pouches... oh me oh my Im an addict-has anyone else tried them? they do 5 but so far I can only find 3
the syns are listed in order of EE - RED - GREEN
If anyone sees the salmon n soy one anywhere please give me a yell
Chicken Chop Suey with Rice, 350g pouch 3½ 3½ 3½
Red Thai Chicken Curry with Rice, 350g pack 4 5½ 4
Salmon in Sweet Soy Sauce with Rice, 350g pouch 1½ 1½ 5
Sweet Mango Chicken with Rice, 350g pouch 5 7½ 5
White Fish & Trulli Pasta, 350g pack 4 10 4
I have had the chop suey, the mango chicken and the thai chicken and Im rather impressed -the thai one in particular is yummy -I even said to hubby that if I was served it in a bowl at a restaurant I would be happy :T. At the moment Tesco have them on offer at £2 -so a little more expensive than the other ww meals but sooooo much better. I reasoned that as Im not buying/eating cr*p £2 is acceptable -plus I would be more than happy to have any of them in place of any takeaway -so much cheaper and better for me
Im not sure what plan Im doing to day so I will nip off and figure it out and pop back with my meal plan later.... hope everyone has a good day....
keep up the great work everyone....-6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -

I tried one of those mug shots yesterday to see what they were like...I figure how they make them is they brush up all the debris at a pot noodle factory or cup-a-soup factory and put them in thos little containers...bleuchhhh!! I tried two to see - I'll not be buying any more0

Great losses everyone, well done :j
Went to the gym this morning and did the first run of my couch to 5k app so feeling exhausted and chuffed at the same time.
First weigh in tomorrow, think I will have lost but not as much as I would like. Still, step in the right direction and all that!! Have a great day everyone xx
Breakfast: Softboiled eggs and wholemeal toast (hexb1)

:rotfl: -I have never tried one of those as they just don't appeal, from your feedback I guess I made the right choice
Well Im no further on in sorting out my meal plan for the week as the moment I sit down with a pen or magazine Charlie is all over me like a rash :rotfl:-I swear he is smitten with letters and numbers -so reading anything in peace is never going to happen unless I wait until bed time-Im not going to complain too much though as at the grand old age of 23months (nearly) the little fella can recognise every letter in the alphabet -upper and lower case and the numbers 1-10 :T and says them all too ..... he knows his colours and quite a few shapes too ..... we aren't quite sure where he gets his brains from :rotfl:. SO I guess not being able to read in peace is a small price to pay
-you should see him when count down is on !!!! there is only one thing that can distract him from his letters/numbers and that is Golf :rotfl:.... I think we have a crazy little dude on our hands :rotfl:
Anyhoo -today is going red and so far looks like this:-
500ml semi (hexAx2)
125ml semi (0.5hexA)
apple
pear
WW ocean pie (5.5) I will count all the syns even though Charlie swiped some
steak
100g steamed potato (0.5 hexB)
50g peas (0.5hexB)
bag ryvita minis (hexB)
35g xtra light philli (0.5hexA)
anything else will be fruit -an so that is 3hexA and 2hexB and 5.5 syns -leaving 95.5syns for the rest of the week...
right -better get off as the little fella needs something else to eat .. have a great afternoon all
