L Chicken Salad, ML yoghurt and Apple
Snack Banana

Syns 7Weight loss since 6/01/2014: 70lb0 -
Blimey, that wouldn't fill me! No idea what a mug shot is ... Is it like a pot noodle? .
Believe me, that's not a normal day's food for me!! I always eat very scarcely on Weigh In day! It's a habbit I started years ago and now I'm frightened to stop. The chow mein type meal I made after weigh in could have sunk a small battleship :rotfl:!!
I don't normally put syrup in porridge, someone on here had mentioned it I think so I thought I'd try it. I normally use cinnamon and then it's free.
Today's green day menu
B- omelette of mushroom, onion, peppers and tomatoes. I wasn't sure this was appropriate as a breakfast but it turned out to be really yummy. Brown sauce (1 syn).
Snack - HiFi bar(HEB1).
L - ratatouille pasta bake using a tin of Tesco ratatouille which is 2 syns, but with extras added. I ate approximately half, so (1 syn). HEA cheese on top.
D - Last minute change of plans meant we went out to dinner. I had a jacket potato and beans, so boring but on plan. Then they brought 2 massive deserts and 4 spoons!! Tried to stick to the strawberries but did succumb to some cheesecake and brownie pieces. Hopefully didn't go over on syns and will not now have the other HEB I am allowed to hopefully compensate in some small way!!

Whoops
I have a day off and go shoppin and it goes wrong.
Admission coming:
B: Weetabix and milk (hexa and hexb)
L: mcdsCouscous, roasted veg and Tikka spiced chicken pieces
Am back in work tomorrowand have dished up some cous cous and roasted veggies ready for lunch. Need to check if I have enough natural yoghurt in to make the bircher breakfast
While out today I grabbed some of the MugShots I've been hearing about so I have an emergency lunch / I'm still super hungry stash in. I got the tomato flavour (I think free on EE) and the chicken flavour (2 syns on EE I think?)
Slowly getting more organised and planning to go food shopping tomorrow to top up on thef at free yoghurts etc. Clearly not expecting any weight loss this week as I've been getting in the swing and had a couple of naughty days which I don't even 'normally' have..
Sorry, waffle over xxApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
Just realised I didn't even answer the question about Mugshots!!! I'd forget my head if it wasn't stuck on. Mugshots that say less than 1% are free, though there is debate as to whether this is true of the ones they sell in pound shops as they aren't intended for the UK market. Anyway, They are similar to a cup a soup or pot noodle in that they are made with boiling water. Personally I like the Minestrone ones, but it's more of a fill the gap snack than a meal (except on weigh in day :rotfl:). XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

I have really lost the plot big time.
The chocolate monster has taken up residence & I don't think they are leaving any time soon.
It is two years this weekend since my dad died.

I started busting out of a 20 - now the 14's are getting loose on the bottom. A ten on the bottom is my final mission - not sure about the top half as my boobs are huge
You can do it. You'll feel great when you get there - I still haven't done anything about my bigger clothes but bagged them. The 20's & 18's are waiting to go on Ebay.
Think I'm too scared to part with the 16's yet!
Are you hoping to return to a size 8?
Yes, ideally, though was tops more than bottoms, be pleased with 12-14 as a target to start with. I bought a few size 20 items just before Christmas and that was the catalyst for this change.
I have a really nice grey coat that is way too small, I want to wear it next winter....Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Ooooh thanks! The chicken one I bought is 1% fat so sounds like it might also be free? Hmm.. didn't realise there were UK and non-UK ones (first time I've seen any of the packaging today) - will go off to look on Mr T's site to see if there is a picture of the UK ones there to see if that's what I have or notApril 2021 Grocery Challenge 34.29 / 2500 -
