In our group we have several sponsored slimmers but on top of that we are all paying £5 per adult/ £3 per child to walk a mile around the pitch of the local Rugby club. All money raised goes to one nominated charity (yet to be decided but we will go with the majority vote). XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

*wafts in dreamily* Hello gang, OH is back! yay :j :j :kisses3:
So lovely to have him back home. I just keep staring at him, scared he might disappear again if I take my eyes off him. It wont last I'm sure, in a couple or so weeks I'll be moaning about him again.
Well on the way home OH and his (depressed) mate wanted McD's, as we'd been stuck in traffic a fair while, so fast food AGAIN!. Jeez, this whole month as been littered with it for me. The thing is that I'd actually got a beef casserole packed with veggies, onions, peppers, mushy peas, pearl barley, and potatoes in the slow cooker waiting for us when we got home too, so I was all SW prepared.
So yesterday was another write-off.
Today has been better: EE
B - Activia yogurt (2.5), banana
L - HM beef casserole
snack - apple, piece of chicken in breadcrumbs snaffled from fridge (4)
D - HM beef casserole (can you tell I have a large slow cooker)
HeA - milk in teas
HeB - not had it yet, might have a Kelloggs bar.
Feel very bloated tonight due to TOTM, so not sure if I feel I need anything else to eat. I also feel really tired, but think that's because I've just instantly relaxed now OH is home.
Lantanna - YOU ABSOLUTE STAR :T:j:T So pleased for you, and you smashed that 5 stone barrier.
Beanie - you did make me laugh :rotfl: Got your head out of the nosebag yet?
skintandscared - well done! Would you care to share some of your daily menus with us for ideas on how to mix things up? I've not done success express before, and not sure I could do a full week, but incorporating alternate days would be something I'd like to consider. Any ideas very welcome.
TIE - thinking of you, hang in there. xOne day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

I have tripped from helping with one crisis to another over this halfterm ladies and gentlemen, apologies for my absence.
Calorie counting has gone out of the window as has my sanity, Top Boy is at his dad's tomorrow night so I'm having a well earned night out with my nearest and dearest.
WI this morning was 11 stone 3, stress must do wonders for me as I've eaten at least three cows and consumed a good vineyard of grapes in liquid form.
Back on track on Sunday, the good news is I've fit four runs in whilst the recovering and Top Boy have been fast asleep and I've been wide awake tearing my hair out!
Congrats to all who are on track and commiserations for those who are off plan, I will try and catch up tomorrow as I could do with a decent sleep and I might have just about worked myself into one!0 -

Not happy
I've just tried on my outfit for my rugby club sponsor's meal next month... jeans are fine but the top is now horrifically baggy
I've stupidly took the tags off so I cant exchange it but luckily its still in stock in a 14 online. Will have to fork out another £24 and whack the 16 on Ebay. My size large (14-16) cardigan from Matalan is also suspiciously baggy but I cant really do anything much about that
it wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact the baggy bit not only sticks right out the front of the cardigan but if I happen to undo the cardi button the top sags like.. well I don't know something very saggy :rotfl: Mam suggested having it taken in but I think by the time Ive paid for that I may as well buy a smaller size
sorry for the moan
Im just finding losing inches at an alarming rate difficult to handle! I know its a good thing but as you all know my mental health isn't great and the weirdest little thing sends me into meltdown - im sat here almost in tears!!!
Sorry again. Night all xxx*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Reporting in again
review of Fryday's plan can't believe that spelling - a Freudian slip, maybe?
Breakfast: hexb toast & jam (2)
lunch: stir fry prawns and peppers, spring onions, carrots and cabbage & noodles
Dinner: tomato & basil soup (1) stuffed chicken with herby couscous (2.5)used a different flavour of couscous that was only 1 syn , plus sugar snap peas , fruit 3 yellow plums, mmmm
Snacks: 1 Belvita fruit & fibre biscuit (3), bread & butter (5), SF caramel treat bar (4.5)
Total - 14.5
Saturday's menu
Breakfast: smoked salmon & scrambled eggs
Lunch: tomato & basil soup (it's a bottomless pot!) and I
Dinner: I'm rebelling and going off plan because a few days ago someone mentioned STOVIES to me and they're calling out to me. I'll be making them the way my mother did, with round sliced sausage from the butcher, sliced potatoes, onions and carrots. I'm going to try them in the slow cooker so they'll be ready when we get home from football (hopefully will be able to just enjoy them, rather than make use of their "comfort food" properties, lol.
Hope your day goes as you wish, everyone.

. Beanie you have my deepest sympathy (and anyone else who's lost a loved one recently) I'm struggling to get out of my dark place. Won't bore you with the details, am 'trying' to keep as close to SW as I can but am heading for a gain (due to son buying papa johns
).
Hopefully back on track next week when at work. Half term is not good for me as on my own mostly, too much time to brood.
Anyway keep the faith all :A:A
I'm still here too, the cat hasn't got me yet, but I almost wish he had
I decided to stop posting because I just couldn't keep up with all the posts and I felt rotten just posting about me and not commenting on anyone's news. Also I felt like a fraud as I've been doing SO rubbishlyMy Feb challenge was to lose 14lb, and I actually put 16lb on. I've stuffed and stuffed since Christmas. One day on / one day off, one week on / one week off. I just can't get it together long term.
I've actually been good for a week now, but I'm painfully aware that it could all go belly up at any point so don't tell anyone.
I'll just keep plodding like Beanie always says. I do think of you all often, my chubby human friends. Maybe I'll post at Easter to tell you how I lost it all, I'm super thin and beautiful and now I'm a 'Bond Frog' in the next movie
