Could someone please confirm that the Aldi low fat cottage cheese,(Cheese emporium) are (all versions ) syn free? I use that stuff in everything, and the biggest change this year was switching where I shop. Having to go through the fridge with a permanent marker, so I can keep track.
The ones that came up on the app were with chives, with pineapple and natural. All 3 are free XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Maman, if you fancy being our in-thread personal shopper then i'm looking for a dress for an April wedding - size 18-20 that will hide a big fat belly and wobbly arms and let me blend into the background.. big enough of a challenge for you?:rotfl::D Thanks! That would imply I was sane in the first place in order to stay sane. And we all know that's totally not true
Never a truer word..:rotfl:
I've completely lost the plot with stress this week, I wanted to go dress shopping in town today but I know i'll end up in Greggs if I do so i'm staying in!! I was even mentally listing out what I was going to buy last night before falling asleep, DANGER, DANGER!
I am going to pop to the retail park one night this week though to try a few dresses on, I think it'll help motivate me to get back to it (through shame!) and there isn't a Greggs up there!
I have no menu plans this week so that will be my goal for the day, then the hard part -sticking to it.Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

Nooooooooooooooo I googled it!!:wall:
It's like a pimped up bakewell

I have been so disorganised for the last week and a half, lots going on and just stuffed my face. It feels like pmt, wanting sweet stuff all the time but no other symptoms. I have been skipping monthlies here and there, had blood checked for pre menopause but dr says hormones are ok, so no idea what is going on there.
I need to sort out the chaos in my head, I feel horrible for eating all that bread and rubbish. I am away to tackle the household chores today and do a big shop tomorrow to get me back on track. The fact that I have just eaten 3 buttered crumpets makes this day nul and void.0 -

I'm really disillusioned with what's around these days. That's why I don't mind a few bits from the CS. If I get fed up with them I just donate them back. Let us know how you get on at the retail park.
I've done something sort of similar to stovies with corned beef before. I layered it all in a casserole dish and then put some cheese on top. Not very SW friendly but I was on one of my 'use up stuff' campaigns. No idea what sliced sausages are though, round or square?
trow, I'm always lurching between meals out and those I have more control on. This week only a carvery planned so could be worse.
Except for wine syns (all planned for), I'm having a good SW day. No idea about lunch at the moment but I have some HM soup if I want it or maybe just fruit if I'm not too hungry. I'm going to put a gammon joint in SC too, so more soup to be made later with the stock.
EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, scrambled eggs, HEB toast
L: HM veg soup or fruitroast beef, potatoes and parsnips with cauli, broccoli, carrots and cabbage
Syns: squirt of HP, gravy and wine0 -

BUT that's just one breakfast. It's never too late to draw a line. I know it's really hard but don't abandon the whole day of healthy eating because one meal went wrong.:)
Have a big hug, and think of the Body Magic in the housework!

You are so right. I am going to make the rest of the day EE, I am sure I can find some bits and pieces to make a decent meal. First thing, lentil soup in the slow cooker with left-over-sad-looking veg.
thank you Maman :T0 -
Feeling really blerghhhh today, more so than rest of week. Must be the thought of back to work tomorrow. Upside is I won't be doing lunch duty any more :j had enough of cold play times when I've been outside for free flow all morning, now will have chance to warm up before being outside all afternoon instead
.
Wi with 1.2lb gain, amazed really so should have been more what with papa johns in week AND Chinese last night. Not to mention digestives all week. Hopefully back on track when at work. If hubby feels like taking me out to cemetery will pop to shop for leeks and sweet potatoes for soup lunches. If he don't feel up to it then will have to rethink lunches. He's been working mad hours with only today off so really tired bless him.
I have been reading, my heart goes out to those in need and sending big hugs. Well done to the losers (even Frogga as a loss is a loss whatever the story behind it). Well done to anyone STS as it's better than a gain :A.
Dizzy, if you are reading this please pop back in, we miss you :A
Keep the faith all :beer:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Something like this - that one even looks a bit like camouflage :rotfl:. Wrap dresses rock. People will be too busy looking at your cleavage to notice your belly.
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

Just back from a couple of days away in the motorhome. It was good to get away again!
Have just totted up my syns over the weekend and not as bad as I thought - only 4 over since Thursday's WI, as long as I don't have any more today! So not too many to pull back over the next few days.
Have just had a ham salad sandwich for lunch.
Will be doing a roasted duck leg, roast potatoes, roasted veg and brocolli. Might have a bit of gravy but probably not.
Need to sort out menu plan for next week so that's the next thing to do - once I've made a cuppa!
