Thanks, your comment helped me to stop. The daft bit is I don't even like them once they are cooked. Same with flapjacks.

Hello fellow chubsters
Today, I have been back ON IT!! It even involved a trip out to the shops, and a certain coffee shop (with purple/red logo), and I'm still within plan!
WI tomorrow, so just as well, but a bit late now
Today's plan : EE
B - Activia creamy yogurt (2.5), banana, apple
L - Bacon, egg, mushrooms, tomato, 1 slice w/m bread (HeB)
Snacks - Costa skinny latte (6)
D - h/m lasagne (with: lean beef, mushrooms, peppers, onions, garlic, passata, white sauce: quark, water/milk, nutmeg, butter, flour, soft cheese, parmesan). Worked out all the ingredients for the white sauce equated to about 3 syns per portion - I got 7 portions out of the lasagne. Served with a salad of lettuce, spring onions, pickled onions, cucumbeer & tomatoes, and a dollop of salad cream (2)
HeB - w/m bread
HeA - Milk in teas & lasagne sauce
Total syns - 13.5
If I had remembered we were having lasagne for dinner, I'd have probably only had a cup of tea when we were out, but as it turns out, I got it within my daily allowance - just!
Have had lots of veggies today too, so feel like it's been a proper on-plan day. Ooh, and we also walked around again today, so there's a bit more body magic too...... I just need to keep it up for a whole week now
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

First day SW tomorrow can someone tell me if this sounds ok or is too much?!
B: baked beans and scrambled egg (made with milk HEXA)
L: SW spaghetti bolognese recipe with salad (celery, cucumber, tomato and pepper)egg noodles and stir fry veg (sugar snap peas, baby sweetcorn, mushrooms and peppers)
Snacks: grapes and blueberries in fat free natural yoghurt
Does this seem ok?
I know I am missing a HEXA - what would go with that?
Am funding it hard to swap my extra virgin olive oil with the 1 calorie spray oil so will be getting syns from that!! Any idea how many syns are in the extra virgin olive oil?
One more question - I made the spaghetti bolognese from the recipe on the SW website. I was for 4 people but I divided it in two for me and my daughter. Ate so much and still had so much left over so am taking it to work for lunch - are their portions always so generous?!
Thanks x0 -
Mrs_Ryan, I don't know what size undies you need but I'm thrilled to have been pointed in the direction of Debenhams recently (thanks again poohbear!). I have a very large chest (GG) but they do lovely bras for just £10 each, perfect while you are moving through sizes! It's made a big difference to my shape having 'them' in the right place!!
Mildredd sorry you are fed up. Sary, well done for staying on plan in the coffee shop!!
Watching Obese, a year to change my life at the moment. I can relate to using food for comfort. Wouldn't mind a few hugs from Jessie to keep me on track though!!.
Today's Green day
B - Weetabix minis (2xHEB for a decent portion) and milk (HEA1).
L - Pasta salad with fat free vinaigrette, cucumber, tomatoes, sweetcorn, piquante peppers and cheese (HEA2).
Snack - homemade fairy cake made by kids (??)
D - veg curry and rice. Followed by a dessert I made by adding a sugar free blackcurrant jelly crystal sachet to half a pint of boiling water, then when it started to set I mixed in a raspberry and chocolate mullerlight, split it between 2 ramekin dishes and left it to set properly. Each one was a syn, but when they were ready I put 2 tablespoons of low fat squirty cream on top making them 2 syns each. Delicious!Debts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

A tablespoon of olive oil is 6 syns or a HEB choice.
Is the bolognaise quorn or meat? If it's quorn you are having a green day and you can have two HEA and two HEB.
Do you have to put milk in your scrambled egg? I never do! If you didn't then you would be able to have something else for HEA (assuming you aren't using the rest in teas and coffees, in which case ignore me and do as you are!). XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

missis_amber - you can have 1 Tbs extra virgin olive oil as a HEB. If you need to syn it then it would be 2 syns per tsp or 6 syns per Tbs.
With regard to portion size it seems to vary with each recipe but generally I find they are quite generous. Can't remember what recipe it was that I cooked recently but it was for 4 portions but I ended up with 8! and there are only 2 of us so that was 4 meals worth but they're not always that much.

Thanks so much. I got my healthy extras mixed up
You gave me an idea - Will have weetabix (HEXB) and milk (HEXA) for breakfast instead. Haven't had weetabix since I was a kid!!
Am just doing Easy Express everyday. I can't attend a group and can't afford online membership so trying to do it myself using this forum and books off ebay, so Easy Express seems like the least complicated for me to get my head around on my own!0
