Oh WOW that dress is absolutely gorgeous lantanna. Hope you have a lovely evening.greentiger wrote: »lantanna, I'm another who loves that dress. As my granny always said (she's coming to mind a lot recently, and she passed away in 1959!) when someone got new clothes, "I wish you health to wear it."
My Mum always says that too greentiger. She's the only one I've ever heard say it.
Long shopping trip yesterday - for DS not for me. Went into Starbucks and I was so proud as I ordered a Tall Skinny Caffe Latte (5 syns) - mind you I was sorely tempted whilst waiting to be served - drooling at the stuff behind the glass counter. I am sure it looked more tempting than usual - perhaps it was a figment of my imagination :rotfl:
Well done on the great losses everyone :T Hugs to anyone one who is in need.
Will try to keep up with you all but things move so quickly here.

Just a quick post this morning with my menu before I start getting sorted out before my hairdresser arrives. After which I need to start packing the motorhome as we are going away for the weekend again!
Having a Green day today:
B - magic porridge (wasn't impressed! - will stick with doing it with water and stir through a Mullerlight and heating for 15 seconds in future!)
L - couscous with salad bits chopped up in it
D - mixed bean goulash (beans have been soaked overnight, drained and are now being cooked). Will actually make it later. Will have this with some rice.
HEA1 - milk in tea throughout the day
HEB1 - porridge
Not sure about 2nd HEA/HEB but may have some Ryvita and cheese later.
Undecided about syns at the moment but will probably include some wine syns!

Oh no Mrs Ryan - that pesky dog is troubling you now!!! Hateful isn’t it. He won’t leave me alone at all - although hes not wagging his tail well as vigorously!! Well done on avoiding the donuts!!! - must have been quite a challenge - don't think I could look a glazed donut in the eye lol.
Thank you greentiger & blue eyed girl – I can’t wait to wear it J . Its a dream come true to be able to wear a dress like that and fb will be plastered with pics to irritate the ex lol . Yes I am a sad, bitter, twisted individual lol:rotfl:

Don't mean to pry love but cannot understand why your fabulous weight loss and stunning new looks would cause a difficulty with anyone who cares for you, and if they don't care for you then sweetie don't worry about them..
Very well said thought it seems to be that when you loose weight everybody has an opinion on it. You wouldn’t believe the comments that I get - and not always good ranging from my no filter no holds bar mother who says I look ill and Ive a mouth full of teeth to the staff in my local shop who scrutinise everything I buy to men in my work telling me not to lose too much and not to let my boobs disappear!! It seems you are either to fat or too thin – never just right and I personally think jealousy has a lot to do with it. I was told in work by a Manager!! That offering me a bun would be like offering Peter Barlow a drink!!!!!!!!!!!
So wi last night was a total disaster!!! Up 3.5 lbs!!! What can I say – I knew it was coming. I have been on antibiotics all week and eating like a horse!! But hey least I’m ok with it and it’s the kick up the bottom I needed!! So back on it now and finished the anti biotics so alls good! Just ate a punnet of strawberries for brekkie!! Lots of water to try and flush everything out too today!! That’s the biggest gain I’ve ever had whilst doing this in over a year!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Even over Christmas I only put on 1.5 lbs - but then if I've been stressed and not well my body is probably doing crazy things! The Dr has also put me on the mini pill to give me a break from periods and I really hope that that doesn't lead me to gain weight!
Anyway I'll just soldier on here as always !! xx

Shala - another -1lb for me this week - thank you.
Going out for dinner this evening but going to try to limit the damage. Def not having starters or dessert, but going to enjoy the main course (whatever that may be).
Heading off for an hours walk this afternoon so hopefully that'll help a little.SPC No:118:j (6) £468.74 (7)

Apparently I've put on 2lb but i don't know how. As I was a stay at home mum before and I'm now a little more active doing a dinner lady job my friend says that could be affecting it and to se how I'm doing in a couple of weeks when my body get used to it....could this be true or just an excuse?Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

Good morning all you lovely slinky dinks
Yesterday, second day on the plan, went fine. Instead of lounging in front of the TV last night I attacked my wardrobe and now have two charity bags ready for collection! The majority of those 'I'll lose weight and get into it' items are gone. Had them so long all are out of fashion anyway. Not that I'm a fashionista in any sense but I'm gonna be:rotfl:
Anyway today another EE -
Breakfast - dry w/m roll (hexb) with cremated bacon, banana
Lunch - smoked ham with cucumber, red onion, peppers, tomatoes. Strawberries, pineapple and leftover mango.
Dinner - still to be decided but maybe grilled haddock with SW chips.
Syns - l/f salad cream (1.5) and maybe a cheeky wee vino.
Have a good day everyone x
ps can I just say you are all truly inspirational. I've always been a fairly positive person and due to life circumstances have had to be even more so in the past five years but I've never quite managed to think like that about my weight. Hopefully now's the time.0 -

Thanks for your help.July 16 £95/£200
