WelshKitty, I like Tesco diet Fiery ginger beer; I'm not a huge fan of ginger ale for some reason! Don't know that it would work as a mixer - I don't drink any alcohol (just because I never managed to acquire the taste so gave up on it after trying everything recommended to me!).
I'm so sorry so many of you are having a difficult spell just now. It will pass, so just take each day as it comes.

Thanks for this, I will give it a try. I have given up on alcohol as I can't justify the syns!0 -
I was told this in group last night. I've upped my exercise in the last week and been 100% on plan so to get a gain was a proper slap in the face! It should settle down next week by continuing what you're doing and upping your water intake.
I was also told that when I said I had walked 40 km over my first week and was a little surprised I hadn't lost more than I did.
However after approximately 10 days of lots of walking I now have ankles and my thighs and btm are much more toned! :rotfl:Also makes me feel much more like sticking to plan. I too was told it would even out so keep going mummyroysof3
Forgot to say I have designed myself a tasty diet drink- NAS orange and mango and top up with diet lemomade - delish!!! and feels like a pub treat - bit like a J2o but without the cals.July 16 £95/£200

Just a very quick one.. Will catch up in a bit, very exhausted
Wiz, i understand your frustration and I hope you don't mind me mentioning but I think it would help if you actually had syn values of the items you are eating rather than guesstimating.
A tea cake ranges from 9-15 syns depending on size and brand and then adding butter (2-4 syns) makes it loads more, your soup is 3.5 syns and your crisps 5... So your syns are over 20 today I'd say..
