Becks81, so sorry about your cat. Our cat is almost 17. She has had a heart murmur since a kitten and about 2 years ago was diagnosed with thyroid problems. Unlike me, she is prone to lose too much weight affecting her kidneys etc. We thought we were going to lose her, but she is not as active as she once was, but she can shift when it suits her. I know we will miss her dreadfully when the time comes - we still miss her predecessor.
janiebaby29, what a good loss!
lantanna, I'm another who loves that dress. As my granny always said (she's coming to mind a lot recently, and she passed away in 1959!) when someone got new clothes, "I wish you health to wear it."
Helenbaybee, that wee half pound will be gone by next week, along with some wee friends, I'm sure
Well, today was a 'meh' day. Finding it difficult to keep syns down with what's in the house, but I'm determined not to do more shopping.
Had a sneaky Jacob's honeycomb Club biscuit last night. I'm counting 6 syns as that's what was listed for the orange and fruit ones. It was most enjoyable
Thursday's menu
Breakfast: poached eggs, hexb toast, butter (3 syns - don't usually bother with this - don't know why I had it today!), an orange
Lunch: roast beef and tomato on 2 wee slices wholemeal bread (6) spread with xl mayo (1), WW caramel apple tart yogurt
Dinner: tomato & mixed pepper pasta, meringue nest (3) with strawberries, raspberries and 0% fat Greek yogurt
Snack: Werther's original (1)
I've still to have my hexa, so I'll have milk and a banana for supper.
Today's total: 14
Syns in Bank: 51.5 - takes account of last night's club biscuit

I enjoyed it so much I stayed for an hour hoop too, the bruises don't lie! But it has done wonders not only for my body magic but for me and feeling good and actually feeling like I am getting somewhere£0.00/£2014 saved!

Thanks everyone- things are a bit tough for me right now as black dog is sniffing roundmy huge weight loss has made things a little difficult with someone.
but I'll work through it I'm sure.
Hope everyone's ok x[/QUOTE]
So sorry things are tough, I have fought the black dog for the past 48 years, started with post natal depression, which wasn't really recognised then much less treated. escalated when I got divorced after 33 years and I was hospitalised for a couple of weeks and finally consumed me when I lost my Dad, My Son and my best friend and my Mum in two years. I have worked my way through and think I function ok.
Don't mean to pry love but cannot understand why your fabulous weight loss and stunning new looks would cause a difficulty with anyone who cares for you, and if they don't care for you then sweetie don't worry about them..Slimming World at target0 -

I picked up on your comment too MrsR I think it's hugely important that the weightloss is for you. It's how you feel about yourself that matters. Friends and family will often give advice, some (but certainly not all) of it well meaning but the decision is up to you.

Good morning
One pound off this week, so that's 2 for this challenge - thanks.
Been off plan since Easter. Kind of being good, but not recording all my food like I should. Need to get back on track!
