Just a quick one before I leave to go to WI to list my meals for today. Was going to be another Green day but DH wanted me to swap today's and tomorrow's dinners over for some reason so it's going to be EE today:

    B - 2 small bananas - after WI
L - ham salad with FF dressing
D - mixed fish kedegree but without eggs as DH has egg salad sarnies for lunch today!

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day. Not sure what I'll have for HEB yet but may have 2 Alpen Lights, or 4 original Ryvitas or perhaps a split between the 2; although of course if I don't have the Ryvitas I won't need to use any syns for butter!!! and can save them for the long weekend which is likely to be high syn and also going out to an all you can eat Chinese on Monday for my DGS 16th birthday.

Will post later after WI - expecting a gain after 10 days on holidays although been good since I got back on Monday!

    Morning everyone

Thank you for the lovely words about the cake. Managed to get it down to Kent in one piece. Off to venue to set it up, then I can relax and enjoy the wedding. On strict instructions from my daughter I am to forget about SW and be off plan today (though will keep an eye on things - shhhh!)

Hugs to those that need them and congratulations to those with losses. Sorry, no time to comment individually :)

    Morning all,

Lantanna - I LOVE the dress. Wish I had the legs to wear it, but my stubby, chubbies aren't ready to be inflicted on the world yet! You'll feel fab after getting your hair and nails done too. Ooh, that reminds me, I'm getting my hair done next week! Love having my hair done, and love my hairdresser too, she's so lovely.

Congrats on the loss Janie! The plan does work, we just have to stick to it ;)

Just getting my head around what I am going to have today, as I have to factor in going out for a meal tonight. I've done some searching online, and in my SW book, but can't really find the syn values for what I'm having. Any ideas anyone? I'm going to have a sheek kebab (minced lamb cooked over coals on a skewer), served with shredded lettuce, and chicken tikka served with a salad. I won't have a dessert, and will have either water or diet coke for my drinks. I'm saving most of my syns for the meal today, to try to be sure I am on the safe side.

I think I'll call it an Original/Red day today:

    B - Magic porridge (HeB1) 1, apple, kiwi
    L - Poached eggs & bacon on toast (Heb2)
D - Sheek kebab with salad (5 syns?), Chicken Tikka with salad (7 syns?). Cucumber raita (2 syns)
    HeA - milk

That would total 15 syns, if I'm being realistic. I will also keep tomorrow's syns lower, just for a bit of damage limitation.

Hope you all have a great day!

It's a lovely song Beanie. Perhaps it reflects well how you're feeling right now? Thinking of you as you get closer to tomorrow's funeral. xxx

Back from WI and shopping. Damage limitation since returning from holiday on Monday seems to have helped as only had a 2lb gain, which I'm OK with. I'm now bang on target again.

Have been shopping and stocked up on fruit and veg for the next few days while we're away. I'm keeping the syns low in meals so that I have plenty to play with over the weekend and BH Monday when I'm going to an all you can eat Chinese. Will probably need a bit more damage limitation Tues/Wed!
