Good to hear you sounding a it more cheery lantanna. I laughed at MrsR and the trousers. Good motivation to get back in the zone though.

I've had porage (HEA&B) for breakfast. I've got bits in the fridge I can have for lunch. Tonight we're off to a Portugese restaurant. It's only for nibbles (mezze style maybe?) but think of the oil.
I can't make WI tomorrow so maybe by next week I'll be organised. :o My aim is to be right at the bottom of target range by mid June so that I can be proud of my bikini body!;)

Apologies, I did miss it... I've popped it on now.. sorry :o

Had a bit of a busy day yesterday so I only got to skim through everything...

Thank you, and no worries! I don't know how you keep track with the thread the way it speeds along. Thanks again for all your hard work, I don't think I could do it!

Evening all! I think you may have started a new challenge, but as I get married on Saturday (eeeeeeek) I think I best not join in this one. I'll be on honeymoon for a couple of weeks anyway.

Wishing you a wonderful day on Saturday, and a blissful honeymoon. We're a similar age, but I'm still waiting for my handsome prince to propose... apparently he's waiting for the 'right' time.

Just dashing in before I head out. Sorry for not having time to catch up on posts.

Gain of 0.2 lb for me this week.

Its 8 week so whilst I am not the happiest gotta hope I have a good lose next week.

Ladies how does * week usually affect your losses?

I find I'm often lucky to escape with a STS, or I'll have a small gain even when I'm being fully on plan, but it does tend to catch up with me a week or so after. I had a similar short time of a plateau around Wk8-10, but I tried very hard to stick with the plan, and wait for my body to catch up with things. While I wasn't losing weight on the scales, my body was definitely shifting things size wise. My advice: bear with!

Seabee Wow! the cake looks fabulous. The hours all those flowers must have taken to make. Truly a labour of love, and you should be so proud.

MrsR - oops! about the trousers. You'll get that small gain off in no time, you've been a lean, mean losing machine this year.

Feeling a bit better again today :T Appetite is still rather off, so eating when I feel hungry, and sticking with drinking lots and lots.

Here's a vague plan for today's food. OH is out after work, so not here for dinner so I'm only having to please me and the children. I think we'll have something we all like, and he's not so keen on for dinner.

    Going for another Green Day:

    B - Danio yogurt (1), banana, kiwi
    snack - apple
    L - Cereal [HeB1 & 2] with some milk from [HeA1], maybe a LF yogurt if I need it (1)
D - Spaghetti carbonara (will use 2.5 syns for extra milk, although I mix it with milk & water), philadelphia light [HeA2], lean bacon (2), parmesan (1.5)

    Total syns : 8
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home

    Thanks everyone :o
Still mortified! I started off this morning full of good intentions, I had a good breakfast then started out on a walk, I got to the corner of my mum's street and got stung by a bee! :( that gave me a panic attack so I had to abandon the walk :( going to have some lunch and try again in a bit :(

Seabee - I am very impressed, what a beautiful cake.

I dropped of the SW wagon last night (big style!!!). My excuse (if there is any) is that my lunch time appointment at hospital was delayed by 2.5 hours and I was sooooo hungry by time I left that the M&S garage was calling me in!! I wont go into detail but it weren't healthy eating.

Anyway back on it this morning and having another green day and trying to fit in an hours walk later which I am telling myself will help with yesterdays hiccup but in reality I would have to be out hiking for the entire length of the day for it to have that kind of impact. lol.
