Hi guys; just found this thread - love it!!!
Joined SW two weeks ago and have lost 6lb to date - don't even want to think about how much I actually have to loose just going to take it one stone at a time.
I'm looking for a vegetable curry; can anybody help?
    Thanks in advance x

This one is in the 7 day starter vegetarian menu:

Vegetable curry Cook diced potatoes, cauliflower, peppers, onions, garlic, canned tomatoes and curry powder until reduced. Season well and serve with boiled rice.

It's always worth a look at the SW website for any recipes you want - there are loads on there.

Well weighed in very nervously and goodness knows how after my holiday, and I know I don't deserve it but 2lb loss. so so pleased think I would have had my best loss ever if I hadn't been such a pig. but ohhhh I did enjoy the food in Amsterdam, I went to Rome in January full of expectations but really was not impressed with the food, I told my DD thought we had better pizza and pasta in Prague last year.

    Well done meg :T

Of course you can. Any exercise can be counted as body magic - particularly if you break into a sweat!!!

My goodness, another busy day on this thread!

Well done, all you losers out there, especially b-e-g :T

Top Girl, chin up, you've had a lot to contend with lately.

Sary, sorry you're not in the pink.

meg72, some great economical ideas, ta.

joedenise, what's a thermal crockpot? (too lazy to google - I'll get distracted!)

Hi Lantanna, I love your attitude.

Well, shala, I'm delighted to record a 2lb loss this week. Hooray! I started similarly with the Easter challenge and then fell away - planning to do much better this time.

Tuesdays menu (family night & future DIL's birthday)
Breakfast: BLT hexb sandwich with XL mayo (1 syn)
Snack: jumbo caramel snackajack (2.5 syns)
Lunch: red pepper, onion and cooked ham omelette with salad, an orange
Dinner: chilli with rice, mixed salad and a little grated hexa cheddar:A and 1 tortilla (8.5 ) and a little each of salsa (0.5) , guacamole (1.5) and sour cream (2) dips and some/several/a lot of hint of lime doritos (3 - not a bagful) (why do syns taste so good?) and a wee bit of birthday cake (6).

Total (so far): 25 - Actually, this wasn't as bad as I feared. It's as well I only drink soft drinks ;)
Syn bank: 80 (6 days to go = 13 per day)

Good night and may will power be with you.

    Evening,

Well done Meg72, and glad you had a lovely holiday.

Welcome back Joedenise, we've missed you!

Lantanna, I'm the same with my cleaning, I usually need the threat that someone else is going to see it to make me do it. Nice to see you back posting too matey :D

Welcome to the thread Lyn, I'm another in for the long haul for losing. I've given myself a couple of years to slowly get this lard dripping off me.

    Great loss b-e-g.

Glad to be feeling a bit better today, but I did have a hell of a temperature last night to sweat it out. Have made sure to drink a lot of fluid today, in the hope that I can flush the virus out of my system. Appetite still a bit off and sore throat too, so eating what I feel able to.

    Calling today a Green day:

B - yogurt, banana, apple, fruit tea
L - Apricot wheats, which were less than a handful, so topped them with some Sharpham Park multigrain flakes HeB, which have a very high fibre content. milk from HeA1.
    snack - banana
    D - 2 poached eggs, 3 slices of wm bread. HeB2 + 10 syns. Jam 2 syns, butter 3 syns.
HeA 2 - milk in teas
    total syns = 15

Shala, thanks for the chart, and all your hard work keeping up with all of us. Just a ?, did you miss my -2lb loss? I think I posted it last night.

Well ladies, I've just sat down after a very nerve wracking few hours doing a practice stack of the wedding cake. Took a sneaky pic - not the best quality, but you will get the drift. Feeling quite chuffed with myself - just got to get it to Kent in one piece!! Don't worry, it all comes apart into single layers again for transportation!
