Decided on a ham salad sandwich at lunchtime so no HEB spare for this evening. Only problem was the sandwich didn't fill me up as much as if I'd had the salad on a plate as no way can I get as much salad in a sandwich! So I had some sliced banana, some strawberries & some grapes with a Mullerlight for pud.

The plus side, of course, is that I won't need to syn any butter as I won't be having the Ryvitas! So syns for today stand at just 0.5 for 1TBSp of LTL mayo:D.

Sending big hugs to all who need them.:A and :Tfor sticking to SW under the circumstances.

Loving the dress lantanna, really slinky!

At the Portuguese restaurant we had a sort of tapas type meal with lots of samosa/croquette type things with chicken, fish or cheese in and then the traditional custard pies as a pudding. Plus far too many wine syns.

SW is really not going well at the moment. I'm away for the weekend, staying with family and possibly eating out too. But I've just checked my diary and next week looks blissfully 'normal' until I'm out for lunch on Friday. So Monday to Thursday I should be 100% on plan and start undoing some of the damage.

Due to lack of SFs I'm having a Green day today:
B: NAS Ribena, baked beans HEB toast
L: tomato and cheese omelette with pickled onion
D: chiili with rice and SW chips
Syns: NONE!!! I've had far too many already this week!:o
    HEBs bread and beef
    HEAs milk and cheese

    Hiya
Bee sting has healed nicely thank goodness! Managed to get back on track. Mum and I met my brother in town today and went to Krispy Kreme store. Me and Mum had Americano coffees- I had mine black with no sugar so syn free- while my brother scoffed a strawberry donut with a hot chocolate and cream :( I tried not to look!
Today's menu: HEXB porridge with cherry Mullerlight
L: Big salad with BBQ Frylight potato chips, 2 minted 'lamb style' Quorn steaks
Snack: Metcalfes Skinny Topcorn (6 syns) black coffee, 7up Free
T: Chicken breast wrapped in lean bacon and stuffed with Laughing Cow Blue Cheese Light (1/2 HEXA- 1 triangle plus triangle in jacket pot) jacket potato, broccoli, turnip, Raspberries and Mullerlight.
Not sure what supper will be yet.
Thanks everyone- things are a bit tough for me right now as black dog is sniffing round :( my huge weight loss has made things a little difficult with someone. :( but I'll work through it I'm sure.
    Hope everyone's ok x
