Good morning, I'm struggling too. I'm so jealous when I read of really good losses. But, I'm sure it's my own fault. My down fall is BREAD. So, I m going to see if I can go a full week with out any starting Sunday today I have to get myself ready.
Today's menu will be...
B. Porridge A/B. Fruit
Snack toasted tea cake B + 3 Syns
L. Tomato soup w/w. Syns ? Fruit
Snack walkers lite crisps 5 Syns fruit
D. Chicken, potatoes, veg of some kind gravy 2 Syns
A milk B porridge
All 15 Syns I should think
Water, NAS Vimto
I may be wrong but I wouldn't have thought you could have a tea cake as any part of a HEB. If you could I'd have been eating them too as love themIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Happy Saturday :j
I used all my banked syns on vodka last nightso I guess we are about to see if syn storing/binge drinking are a good way to lose weight, I suspect not.
The much younger man turned up with some of my favourite chocolates which were appreciated if undoubtedly disasterous for the diet. It caused much mirth when he copped for me googling the syn values as well, I am very honest about my SW, otherwise I worry people would think I am mad when I count things and write things down.
B - Fruit salad
D - SW Korma
T - Supposed to be going out so I don't know yet, going to try and stay healthy.
Lots of love to everyone struggling.0 -
Hello all, so sorry I've been AWOL but I've been on Jury Service in the day and then going straight to work in the evening and doing my work sp no time to catch up
it's also meant I've had to grab anything I can to eat - lots of sandwiches, cereal bars, crisps and some pizza
I've finished now though so back to normal routine!!
Becks, Beanie, Mrsryan, - so sorry to hear you're all having rough times of it at the moment, big virtual hugs to you all xsarymclary wrote: »I never take anything in life for granted, and try to appreciate whatever I have each day at a time.
Sary, this really struck a chord with me.. i'm not the most positive person in the world and would love to be happier in life so I've kind of decided to teach myself to do this.. it'll take a while to become a habit and become natural I guess but here's hoping I can become a glass half full type person soon!
lantanna, enjoy your evening out, bet you look a million dollars!!
greentiger - I've ordered some fiery ginger beer, I need to find a nice refreshing drink for the summer.. hope it's nice! I will try the J2O equivalent next week just the two of us
HDK - you've done brilliantly so i'm glad people are complimenting you! I hope you're walking round with a massive grin on your face!
Annie - brilliant results, I haven't tried scan bran in a long while but I remember it being fairly inedible :rotfl: how are you managing to get it down you or are you one of the selected few that can eat it?
Helenbaybee - i'm not sure if I've picked your loss up twice or you've lost 2lb for both weeks - let me know if it's wrong and i'll get it changed!
Here's your chart everyone.. well done everyone this week to sticking with us..
:T:T
As usual if I've missed you off or put a wrong result in then let me know and i'll change it..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

We used to buy from local butcher - but daren't have them now as no way to count them!!!
Thanks for your help.
Just had two of the Sainsburys Be Good To Yourself Cumberland Sausage and they were very good for 0.5 syn - much better than the WW ones imo.sarymclary wrote: »News on eldest son, who has been ill. He saw his consultant a couple of weeks ago, and was told he has something called cyclical vomiting syndrome, which there's no cure for, and we just have to hope improves. He went back to work, but they've been applying lots of pressure on him, which has made his sickness worse, and effectively he's been constructively forced to resign. So he's now got what could be a permanent condition, and no job or incomeI had wanted him to stay as long as possible at his job, and get pushed, so he could at least have applied for jobseekers, but think the pressure he was under was more than he could deal with. Hard when you're young to see the wood for the trees.

Hope things pick up for DS soon healthwise and then jobwise, Our DS had to leave uni due to health matters and then was unemployed for 11 months. It was a very difficult time and affects the whole family. Good luck to you all.WelshKitty85 wrote: »Thanks for this, I will give it a try. I have given up on alcohol as I can't justify the syns!
Give me chocolate anytime over alcohol.

Came across a recipe for Scan Bran Chocolate Cake through week which I thought would be good for hol weekend then realised I wouldn't be at class til Monday night to get the scan bran and it's probably a bit late at 9pm to start making it then. Oh well - I will get some just to have in for whenever I fancy giving it a try.
Hope you get a good result at next wi.

Hi all early posting for me today.
Just in from football, another winbut finished 3rd in league
, so play offs await.
As a result of disappointment I have not been good (that's more positive than saying I've been bad - I think!)
Saturday's Menu
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with hexb soldiers and butter (3), raspberries and strawberries with from frais
Lunch: 2 bowls of leftover veg soup, with 35g hm bread (4)
Now it really goes to pot -
Snacks: 1 - half a caramel fudge doughnut (7.5); well, they were giving them away at football match !!???? It would have been rude not to have one! 2 - slice hm bread (8) and jam (1)
Dinner: single fish in breadcrumbs (gave about quarter to cat - I'm kind that way) and a third of my OH's portion of chips (Syns? No idea - it's past the stage where counting is of value) And 2 beetroot and a pickled onion :A And a white roll (Syns - plenty)
And the night is but young! Oh well, there's always tomorrow.
I'm off to do my online shop now, including fiery ginger beer. Have a good weekend everyone.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400
