Busy day today - been in the kitchen since 7 making the layers of my daughters wedding cake. I've also made a tonne of chocolate ganache and am just about to start on the butter cream. You will be pleased to hear not a morsel has passed my lips.............. yet!! :rotfl:
You must have amazing willpower. Will we be able to see a pic of all your hard work? Sounds gorgeous.

Great loss Helen, sounds like you might have another good one next week.
How's it going B_E_G?
Odd job day for me today, then some stitching later
B yog and fruit
L scrambled eggs and smoked salmon ( weekend treat!)
D pork chops, roasties done in my halo and bit of veg with SW mousse ( sachet of SF jelly, pot quark and flavoured yog, whisk up and set) delicious x
Snacks, wine and bit of choc
Happy Sunday everyone
I'll be able to tell you better after first WI tomorrow night Annie  Well, I'm looking at it this way - I have tried my best foodwise but haven't been very activeKeep looking through my book and at online site and try to store bits of info as I go along. Love all the suggestions here and everyone is so supportive.
Had the blitzed raspberries mixed with quark and sweetener tonight to make 'ice cream' - wasn't too bad but had to count the raspberries as they had been blended. I can see why if you are blending huge amounts of fruit but it was only 100g.
Mrs R - you look wonderful. All your hardwork is paying dividends.
Hope everyone has a good week.

No will power at all B.E.G!! Needless to say I had to taste a couple of mouthfuls of the chocolate fudge cake and ganache - for quality control purposes of courseHubby has been force fed the trimmings from all 4 cakes - he is one of these people that can eat for England and never put on an ounce!
I will post a picture when I get a chance (if it survives the journey!)
Apart from the cake I have stuck to my plan, but as it's so soon after my massive fall off the wagon I will be happy with a STS at WI tomorrow
Back at work after the Easter break so will post tomorrow's plan now:
EE Day
B - Fresh grapefruit or pineapple with ff Greek yoghurt, cup of fruit tea
L - Ryvita (HEA) with laughing cow blue cheese triangles, baby tomatoes, cucumber and celery
D - HM turkey curry loaded with superfree's - onion, tomatoes, peppers, courgettes and anything else I can find lurking in the fridge
HEA will be milk in coffees
Snacks will be fruit - apple, orange, pear
Drinks will be water, fruit tea, coffee and NAS0 -

Evening,
MrsR - whit-whoo! You look gorgeous, and just look at how far you've come too! Wowzers, no wonder your player had to say something.
TIE - it's only a tiny gain, so stick with it girl. I'm convinced the good wishes gave me the positive vibes to get the job too.
Seabee - I make cakes for a living, and that's why I've decided to now get a job working in a solicitors! It just plays havoc with my waistline. It's also an awful lot of long hours, hard work, and very little payWould love to see your cake when you've completed it.
Well I seem to be going down with a cold or something, because I've got a sore throat, and feel generally a bit grotty. I'm attempting to treat it all with the contempt it deserves, and hoping to goes away soon. I gues that's my reward for mingling with the great unwashed during my jaunt last week. Perhaps the outdoor aquafit didn't help either?!
So, after compiling a list of the freezer contents, I've managed to come up with a meal plan for the week. I've warned the family that it's a week of mummy fusion food, which drew a collective groan from the men in my house. We've done this before, and it was, erm, 'interesting'!! tonight was supposed to be bolognese for us all, but unfortunately one of the tubs of bolognese out of the freezer turned out to be some sort of casseroleBetter luck next time!
Today's plan:
B - shape yogurt, banana, apple
L - Bacon, wm bread HeB + 5 syns, ketchup 1
D - HM bolognese, baked potato, LF cheese 4, LF salad cream 1
HeA - milk
Total syns = 11
haven't done an awful lot today, as just haven't felt like doing much. I did a bit of cleaning, that's it. I wandered around the s/mkt doing a top up shop.
WI tomorrow evening, so will report in with the scores on the doors. One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Tazzy I know some swear by a daily kiwi fruit. I must admit I now have them regularly, and do think there may be something in their benefit in moving things along quickly.
Have you considered using a gentle laxative just to help get things shifting? I find a hot drink always works as a trigger for me, but of course everyone is different. Hope you see a result soon, as it's not a nice thing to experience. My OH finds salad makes him consitipated, if that's of any use?One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Lots of blethering here today!
Mildredd - that was rather an extreme way to lose weightI hope you feel perkier soon.
Helen, fab loss.
Sea Bea - 7 layers! That's going to look amazing! I'm so glad you checked the cake for flavour - you wouldn't want to disappoint the guests.
shala - thanks for keeping up with the chart, it's quite a commitment.
Mrs_Ryan, you are a star! You look fantastic - and I agree; I think you suit your hair darker. It must give you so much pleasure to compare the pictures from last year to this.
TIE - that's only a teeny gain; I'm sure you'll be back on track next week.
PLMBL, isn't it amazing how animated and determined food can be!

Sary - I did a couple of courses in the evenings after work with the idea of making it a career in the future, but when I looked into it further I came to the conclusion that it was a lot of effort and stress for not much reward - people just don't seem to be aware of all the hours of work that go into making a one off, bespoke cake. Now I just make them as gifts for friends, that way there's no pressure!
Oh, and "freezer surprise" makes for some interesting meals in this house too! I really must learn to label my tubs!!
Greentiger - it's only 4 layers of cake, but there are 3 layers of flowers in between plus a topper - it's going to be ma-hoo-sive!! :eek:0
