    Hiya
Sorry to hear about your mums Amber and gbatey. Hope all goes ok.
Bit emotional today so not a long post sorry- today I've had to say goodbye to my colleagues for the last time, I'm officially now no longer able to do my job :(
Went shopping to cheer myself up, bought a lovely silver Oasis bangle watch for £20 to match the silver bangle I bought to wear on my other wrist for the ball. I also bought a few nice tops as I have no smart tops left that fit- all size 14 and all a nice fit.
Going into wifi exile for 8 days as of tomorrow but I will post a pic of myself in my dress when I come back.
    Take care all xx

Sorry to hear about the job but it's good you've got all the excitement of the ball to look forward to, so no time to mope. If I don't catch you tomorrow, have a brilliant time and we'll be looking forward to the photo!

Oh and congratulations on your TMS distinction!:T

I just had one chocolate tonight (a German friend sent it home for me with my DH: schnapps liqueur:)) but otherwise totally on plan today. I think I'm getting back to normal a bit but thighs feel a bit heavy still. :(

1 pound off this week. Which I'm pleased about as I haven't exactly been on plan over Easter!

Sorry to hear about your Mums Amber, and gbatey. Be kind to yourselves.

Well folks, still here! Going to have a big catch up read of the thread now.

Still being tortured by the dog but have made a decision that should help me. I have a Drs appointment first thing on Monday so hopefully that will also help.

I'd 3.5 lbs off this week which I can only imagine must have been stress related after the rubbish that has found its way into my mouth the last while!!

Going to get caught up now and no doubt will be back with more comments!! xx Hope you are all doing good xx

Well impressed as I appear to have lost 5lb on my first week.....may have cheated slightly with having a lot of hair cut off though lol

shala could you put me down for -1lb. Many thanks.

Now I would usually have a treat on weigh in day, but due to meds that literally say "may cause weight gain"!!!!! I am struggling to lose more than a 1lb each week. I shouldn't moan as at least its coming off, albeit very slowly. Will have to make an effort to increase the body magic this week and see if that helps.

And we're just as delighted for you sary! That's brilliant news!:T I'd call that a NSV as I'm sure you felt confident more due to your weightloss. Now you'll need to get planning 'take to work' lunches.:)

When our consultant was pregnant I used to help her load her car after classes. Carrying those sandbag things really brought it home how much I was losing.

I've had a SW breakfast (beans on toast) but no idea about the rest of the day. I need to get my meal plan sorted as not properly back in the zone since Easter.

Good to see you posting lantanna and good loss whatever the reason.
