Sary, I hope your interview went well.
Dincanada, I'm an online member too! We must be long lost twins, so yes, I'd like to buddy up with you. I need all the support I can get!
Frogga, I'm so impressed that you resisted that egg! Oh, and I did laugh (at me) when you wrote Mildredd was in hospital with her gall bladder. I thought the usual, "Well, she'd hardly be in there without it!" and then I realised that she will! Pass on my best wishes.
tazzyb, well done on going down a bracket.
macpep, good luck on your run - and enjoy the burger; I hear they are very tasty.
tracey12, you are doing really well. Thanks for your advice.
I agree with you re slow and steady, but I think I'm taking it too literally. I lost 2 stones already - but that took me 2 years! I suppose you could call it successful slimming because that hasn't gone back on!
Happy homecoming, HelenDaveKids.
Suse*, Wow, an 8lb loss - that's Magic!
And now for the dreary bit -
Wednesday's Menu
Breakfast: 2 wee hexb toast, 1 hexa laughing cow light
Lunch: bacon, frylight egg, baked beans, Tesco HL 0% fat mango & passion fruit yogurt (0.5)
Snack: choc dig (3)
Dinner: ricotta & spinach pizza from mag (7.5), but used quarter jar of Napolina pizza topping because I had it in the house (1) with mixed salad and beetroot. The pizza was toty, but adequate. Banana
Snack: grapes, 1 hexa laughing cow light (the last one!)
Total: 12 syns - don't think it was great value
Leaves 82 syns for the next 5 days.
(The syns police, having checked out yesterday's menu too, will have spotted that I should have 83 left - I had a Werthers Original late last night, which accounts for the discrepancy.)
Make tomorrow a good one, everyone, in every sense! Goodnight, sleep tight.Sewing 88/COLOR]Woollies 19Card s 91Reading 37/400 -
Hi all
Insomnia strikes again! I'm still awake thinking that it's about 66 hours until basically everything I've worked so hard for this year... I'm more nervous than I usually would be and I don't know why! I guess it's because there's only a select few at the club know about how much weight I've lost- and I'm just a little nervous of how they will react! However I know it's going to be a fab weekend- my sick pay is right for once and I got the news yesterday that I have had distinction number 2 :j for TMA02 so I can relax and enjoy. I'm being exceedingly strict this week as I know I'm going to go OTT at the weekendwe have champagne for while we're getting ready
and that's before I start on the Jagerbombs
Wednesday's menu:
B: Frozen mango chunks (the best invention EVER!) with activia 0% yoghurt
L: SW carbonara with HEXA Laughing Cow light blue cheese, HEXB Alpen light old recipe cherry Bakewell bars
Snack: 2 bananas
T: Co-op Good for You Sweet Chilli Chicken Noodle Salad (3.5 syns) cheese twist (2 syns) pink lady apple
S: Steamed mixed veg and ham.
Syns: 5.5 (very low for me but I just can't seem to get them in!!)
Body Magic: 2 mile walk in between dodging the rain
Better try and get some ZZZ's I suppose as I won't be getting many for a few days!!

so sorry about your mum Amber, wishing you both all the strength in the world to fight this horrible disease.
Not sure what happened last night, had a great SW day, was going to go for a swim last night but changed my mind and had a binge instead. Chocolate, seeded bread, icecream were consumed. I should have gone swimming. Oh well, today is another day.
It is wet and cold here today, I think soup making is in order. I still have chicken curry left I made last night, I shall have that for tea, while the rest of the family has breaded fish and h/m wedges
now.... breakfast, what do I fancy? Coffee first while I think about that.
Have a good day, be kind to yourself0
