Been in Florida for 2 weeks, absolutely fantastic time, every day a different theme park, weight wise the damage will be assessed tomorrow... my clothes feel ok so hopefully won't be devastating...
so if I may, I'd like a 14 lbs loss for next challenge please Shala this will include any gains tomorrow... I tried to make the better choices but theme parks aren't the best places for good healthy food and it was a holiday.

    Evening all.

This morning I weighed in at 13st 9lbs. As I am 5' 2" on a good day, let's just say I'm undertall for my weight. BTW this is the first time I have ever confessed my weight to anyone other than a health professional; not even my nearest and dearest are allowed in on on my nasty secret.

This is pretty much the same as me Greentiger - I have to restart and find it difficult to stay on track. Perhaps we can support each other?
I am doing the sw online program in Canada but have done Sw before as I am from the UK.

Am taking bets on how long it will take TIE to get her glasses to read that one ;)

Just hopped on to say, it's the start of day 3 and all is still well. My tummy has gone down already, the bloating and the headaches have cleared. I'm in a much better mood as I feel so much better when not eating carp.

One of the girls in my class in my class bought me in a HUGE white chocolate bunny, and a stick of rock from her Easter holidays :( it's such a sweet thought, but there is no way I could have it lying around. Although I feel strong at the moment, one little wobble and I'd stuff my face with it :o So I gave it to Mr Frog and the Tadpoles to share :T Feeling very virtuous.

BTW, Mildred will be MIA as she's in hospital with her Gallbladder. Think positive thoughts for her today

Love and special hugs to you all but especially to Mildredd Beanie TIE Maman Scary Shala Catt Nessie Macpep Green Tiger Seabee (God I hope I didn't miss anyone of my old pals out there?) :kisses3:

plan today is cheese omelette fruit and muller light. Lunch is ham salad sandwich. Tea is pork, carrot and swede mash and what ever other veg I fancy. Then muller light and fruit in eve. Syns for butter and gravy.

Can anyone suggest and chocolate or caramel yogurts that aren't very high in syns? I like the shape 0% ones but couldn't find the syn values

Just realised I'll need to syn my milk in 2/3 coffees too

  • Good morning - well I weighed in and joined SW yesterday morning and now know the damage!!!
Hit the bank for more cash and then Al*i and Mr M for supplies and the fridge is actually groaning.LOL!

Really pleased that our normal food can be adapted for EE. Yesterday had lunch sardines on 1 slice warb 800g wholemeal HEB , milk in teas/coffees 250 ml semi - HEA
Pork stroganoff type thing with rice, onions pepper and mushrooms ( just to use up cooked pork). Then I cut up some over-ripe bananas and mixed them with a large tub of fat free natural yoghurt and 2 level tsps sweetener and froze them. DH loved it and there are still three portions left!

Off to do a long walk before starting jobs. Probably won't post every day but will read yours with interest and ideas.

Hoping for a good loss next Tuesday to set me up for the next 7 weeks until hols.

    Have a good day everyone.

    Happy happy days :-D

Finally under 20 stone! Loss of 2.6 pounds

Lost a total of 22 pounds in 9 weeks, but other then my boobs getting smaller cannot see any difference. Not gone down a clothes size yet. I have a massive pile of size 24 jeans that I cannot wait to get in.

Going to try changing up my healthy extra's this week as I have gotten stuck in a rut. So instead of my usual toast this morning I have had bran flakes.

Got a massive amount of paper work to do today, so will pop in later with my menu.

    Have a good day everyone.
