Best of luck in your interview. Just before you walk through the door to the interview remember you at your most confident and tell yourself that these people need you. It was what I used to do when I was going through interviews. I feel that it made me more confident and at ease in front of the interviewers.
AFM we i had a 0.5 lb loss this week which i was really happy with as had family meal out on Sunday and I also had a full easter egg and I might (definitely) had 2 creme eggs. Today has been a good day.

Evening all.
Well, as promised (threatened) it's a new start for me (again!).
This morning I weighed in at 13st 9lbs. As I am 5' 2" on a good day, let's just say I'm undertall for my weight. BTW this is the first time I have ever confessed my weight to anyone other than a health professional; not even my nearest and dearest are allowed in on on my nasty secret.
So roll on the challenge.
Tuesday's Menu (family night)
Breakfast: eggy bread (hexb) with strawberries & ff fromage frais (hooray, it's back in Tesco!)
Lunch: pasta salad including spring onions, peppers, roasted tomatoes, cannellini beans, balsamic vinegar
Dinner: roast pork, roasted veg (squash, parsnips, leeks, red onion, potatoes), gravy - 1S, fruit salad (strawberries, brambles, grapes, blueberries, apple, melon, raspberries) & fromage frais
Extras - 35g hm white bread and butter - 8S
Total: 9
I still have my hexa left, so I plan to have a wee glass of milk and a banana for supper. Thought about making a smoothie, but can't be bothered with the washing up!
Frogga glad you've hopped back.
