I make mine with out a jar. I use:
    omato puree with chilli
chilli power (depends on how spicy you want it and how much you are making. I make a huge batch enough for 6 people so use a teaspoon)
    pinch of cinnamon
    pinch of nutmeg
    pinch of tumeric
    4 gloves of garlic
    loads of black pepper
    2 beef oxo cubes
    two tins of tinned toms.
mince - real and soya mince
    onion
    mushrooms
    peppers
    1 grated carrot
    one stick of celery
    1 diced courgette
    red lentils
    tin of kidney beans
    tin of baked beans

Fry off mince, add spices and garlic then whack in slow cooker with everything else.

Breakfast - 4 x ryvita with light philli, apple
Lunch - turkey, lettuce, tomato, pepper, melon, pinapple
Tea - egg, onion, mushrooms and baked beans with a yoghurt and fruit

Snacks Burtons fish and chips (took me right back to my childhood) However they are far to tasty and I need the rest removing from my house or I will eat them all! Banana, grapefruit

Syns packet of burtons fishand chips 6 Garlic and herb light philly 2. Milk in cuppas 2. TOTAL 10

Walked for an hour today with son in pram. Will try to get in the bike later one for at least 10 minutes.

Thanks. Problem I'm having is hubby is fussy and won't try much new so it's making it difficult as I don't want to cook separate for me all the time.

Tea - SW spaghetti carbonara and salad

Saving for a day out on Sunday this week so 105 - 3.5 = 101.5 left for the week.

Well Top Boy's dad took him out for food at dinner time so he was too full for carbonara for tea and I wasn't making it just for me so instead, I had 8 Quorn mini kievs for 4 syns, I parboiled some new potatoes and baked in fry light and had half a plate of superfree salad with it.

The mini kievs are really nice and at half a syn each, not at all bad, I was stuffed afterwards, I will definitely be keeping some in the freezer in the future.

    105 - 6 = 99 left for the week.

    Meal plan for tomorrow

Breakfast - mushroom omelette and an apple

Dinner - tuna pasta salad and pineapple and kiwi

Tea - SW chicken korma and vegetable rice from this month's mag.

    HEXA - milk

    HEXB -- Alpen light bars

Syns - 1 for the mayo, 2 for an options tomorrow night.

    99 - 3 = 96.

    Wish me luck.

shala I got weighed this morning and have lost 1lb but not sure if today is the first weigh in for the challenge, or whether it will be next week.

I haven't been feeling too well today and just couldn't be bothered to cook or anything. Had a Red day:

    Breakfast - Banana, Mullerlight.

Lunch - Bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich (HEB), 2 mandarins

Tea - Turkey salad, Mullerlight, 2 kiwifruit.

Supper - Cheese (HEBA), sandwich (HEB), Highlights (2 syns) made with milk (HEA).

My son insisted on giving me one of his Wispa bars which I haven't eaten yet but might do later, 11 syns:eek:

D - KFC style chicken and rainbow salad.

mummyroysof3, my husband is a really fussy eater too! He won't eat anything like rice or pasta, or any dairy foods, the only vegetables he'll eat are white cabbage, carrots and peas and he won't try anything new. We've come to the agreement that if I'm cooking something he won't eat, he cooks his own meal. Our son has the choice of having what I'm having, or whatever his dad is having. He usually plumps for what his dad is having, which is usually something with chips. Maybe that's why I prefer Green days....:rotfl:

Hubby doing a bit of clearing out and has found my original SW pack. I got to target.... Wait for it....... 8 years ago  can't believe it #thud!!! Got my lifetime certificate too so could go back if I wanted although I'd be below that target as I reset at home. Must have been at the new target (top end now) for about 6.5 years. Makes me think . Some people I've worked with in the last 5 years have never seen me any bigger than I am now. Going for a lie down to get over the shock :rotfl:

Well done TIA, that is a huge achievement. I've never been there myself (hopefully get there this time) but from speaking to target members in group it is a lot harder remaining at target then actually getting there. I have full respect to you, and the other target members posting on here. :D
