    Afternoon all
Fell off the wagon big style yesterday :( feeling kinda annoyed that I did as only 6 days until the big night   still can barely move so haven't done a scrap of body magic this week either :( I have probably about 4 days to pull it back as sensible eating will fly well out the window from Friday... I've started today well and will try and get on the bike later. I don't mind admitting how awful yesterday's menu was so here goes...

Midnight snack when I came in from the rugby in the early hours of Sat morning- smoked salmon slices, ham, Uncle Ben's Thai Chilli Rice (2.5 syns) Activia 0% yoghurt, NAS Ribena
Breakfast: Oats so Simple Heaps of Fruit (6 syns)
L: MugShot, HEXB Ryvita x3 Cracked Black pepper, HEXA laughing cow light blue cheese, ham, apple
Snack: half a Milkybar Easter egg although to be fair it was only a small one... So about 15 syns
Tea: Pasta bolognaise with e/lean mince, 4 syns for the WW sauce, 1/4 of OH's flatbread (8 syns) yoghurt
S: (at cinema) small bag of metcalfes skinny Topcorn (4 syns) 2 old recipe Alpen light bars (6 syns) bottle of 7Up Free.
So I make that 44 syns
    Line has been firmly drawn!!
    Happy Easter everyone Xx

Stayed on plan yesterday with food, but the walking didn't happen (drafting University essays tend to make me very lazy and stick me to the sofa). Having an EE day today and avoided all temptation with Easter eggs and not bought any ( niece and nephew will get money from me instead).

    Have a good Sunday all.

Hubby doing a bit of clearing out and has found my original SW pack. I got to target.... Wait for it....... 8 years ago  can't believe it #thud!!! Got my lifetime certificate too so could go back if I wanted although I'd be below that target as I reset at home. Must have been at the new target (top end now) for about 6.5 years. Makes me think . Some people I've worked with in the last 5 years have never seen me any bigger than I am now. Going for a lie down to get over the shock :rotfl:
