    Having a green day today and contemplating a walk later on, but currently bottom is stuck to the sofa!!

    Hi all, great thread. I'm interested in giving the plan a try but not looking to go to meetings? Do some of you on here do that?

    Hi all, great thread. I'm interested in giving the plan a try but not looking to go to meetings? Do some of you on here do that?

    Hi Mummy, there are quite a few of us going it alone. Do you have any books etc? if not it may be worth going to just one meeting and getting the plan explained and the books that go with it.

    You can read post 2 of this thread to get a bit of an idea of the plan and ask any questions you want to.. we have some very knowledgable (I can't spell I know!) members on here that are fab at answering questions :D

    Hi sorry about the sausages but they were veggie sausage I usually syn them as 4 Syns but I just thought to use them as a B. If I M wrong I won't do it again.

    not a bad day today.

    B - Bacon sandwich HEB marg 2 syns
    L - nothing I was shopping and thus on a mission
    D - Gammon steak, SW Chips, HM Onion rings, mushrooms.

    Snacks - Freddo bar 5 syns and I will have my last salted caramel hifi bar and a muller light yogurt later.

    Went for a run, I did 3 x 10 mins with 2 x 2 mins walking between the 3 runs. 3 more Saturdays until my 5k run

    Oh Shala I am disappointed was looking forward to counting sausages as a HE, never mind though what you said about the homemade got me googling and found this recipe will definitely be having a go at these.

    Me again sorry, I have got sausages on the brain now, have just been told that weight watchers are only 1/2 syn, please please someone tell me this is true, the ones I am using are 5.
