Can I come back please :/
Need to be posting to stay on track I think

Lost 4lbs this week but it was more a result of not eating at all than eating sw way - when I did eat it was junky snacks to just keep me going. This week I've been so off plan enjoying not being in pain this week. Trying to get back on it now. Scales are showing +4 this morning in 3 days :/ which is awful so going for a few days low syn and on plan to reverse that....

My life feels a bit tipsy turvy and I need to be in control of something....
Op next Sunday and officially starting to pap my pants about it
Started sw 02/09/13 - total loss so far -5st 1lb

Feel for you love, I hate when my life is topsy turvy and I don't feel in control. I started last year virtually blind due to cataracts
and felt so out of control, didn't bother proper shopping as I couldn't see the prices, and didn't feel confident when out of house, didn't bother cooking proper meals because I burnt myself a few times. had some hilarious mix ups as well, ever tried custard powder instead of cornflour and gravy powder instead of drinking chocolate?

Good luck for your Op I am sure there will be no stopping you when you are sorted,

I had my first eye op in August and second last November, bliss being able to see.

There are loads of recipes for this, I just made a huge pan of my own by throwing in the pan all the veg I could think of (and had in) can of chick peas ,sweetcorn and kidney beans, loads of fresh herbs from garden, and its really nice, if a bit thick but can water it down a bit.

I had a cataract op a while back too - i'd gone completely blind in one eye, but luckily I had my left which was ok. It must have been horrible for you to have both with issues... glad you've managed to have both ops now, it amazing what they can do!

Mildredd, it's difficult, but try and see past the operation and instead of worrying about it, think of how brilliant it'll be to be pain free after, it might lessen the anxiety a bit..

Fingers crossed that it all goes amazingly well and your back on top form straight away xx

Right I've collected everyone's targets up to this point - you have pledged 182lbs so far... :T:T
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.
