    Week 2 WI and I lost 3 lbs :j (3lbs overall)

Only aiming for 1lb this week since its Easter. Started doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred so hopefully that will help.

Good luck with the shred. I tried it a couple of years ago. First time, I could hardly move for a few days after the first session!!

I went back to it a few weeks later and made sure I didn't go at it all guns blazing and found it a lot better. It's hard work though!

Sorry to hear you've had some sad news Beanie. Be gentle with yourself, and any good choices you're making each day are small victories in my book. Take care lovely x

Sorry for your loss TopGirl, its nice to see you back on here again, take care of yourself.

    Beanie hope you're ok.

Shala thanks for doing the chart, hope you're feeling better soon. And well done on your loss :T

I've completely lost it, even though I have WI tomorrow I have had a serious munch on and eaten everything in sight. Totally disgusted with myself, and the worst thing is I have no idea what caused it :( I'm def up for the next challenge. So please count me in.

I'm going to go and face the scales tomorrow, but only because Im desperate to try the new Hi-bars. I really like the choc orange ones, and used to love the lemon ones they did. Alpen did do a light version, but I guess that's gone out of the window now. Think I will most likely stick to Ryvita mini's and 1tbsp of oil as my HEB. Im not one for breakfast ceral or bread.

Im all set to have another week 100% on plan. I will not get effected by Easter seeing as I've eaten my weight in chocolate in the last 2 days. Its so frustrating. I don't know whats wrong with me, or why I do it. Answers on a postcard please!!

Well done to all of the losers, and if I don't get on before Sunday I hope you all have a good Easter and steer clear from the eggs (if you want to!)
  • I'm so sorry for your loss Top Girl. Take care.

Beanie, I'm sorry you've had sad news too. Hope you are ok.

Shala I'll go for 10lbs for the challenge please. Hopefully I'll reach it this time!!

Well done to lose reporting losses today. Hugs to anyone that needs one Xx

    Evening/Morning!

Sorry you've a sore mouth, Shala. That really gets you down. I'm going to pitch in with next challenge as it coincides with my planned "return to the fold" after next Tuesday's WI and soul baring. Put me down for 10lbs please. I've eaten myself silly over the last couple of weeks (and enjoyed it all), but I'm beginning to feel less attracted by the wicked temptress food. Fingers crossed (although that makes it hard to stick duct tape over my mouth).

topgirl and beanie, I am sorry about your sad news.

I have WI this morning so will post my loss/gain/STS later.

I'm off on holiday this afternoon so probably won't be getting on line very much over the next week & half!

I'll stick with SW friendly food until lunchtime but dinner tonight will be a HM cornish pasty (about 11 syns if I just eat half!).

Will try to keep food reasonably SW friendly whilst away but won't always be possible so will use the phrase my consultant uses:

"Be good when you can, and careful when you can't".
