Thank you. To the people who have bought the fakeaway book do ye find it worth it?

I bought this yesterday when I joined a class, think is very good value for £4.98 and has some great looking recipes.

You lose over half of what you pledged so I wouldn't consider that a fail at all!

Topgirl - so sorry to hear of your news x

    Right then kids.. new challenge!!

The current challenge finishes on Easter Sunday.. so i'll need your final weigh in's by then so I don't get completely confused! :rotfl:

I'll post the final chart on Sunday evening...

New challenge - Monday 21st April - Monday 1st July! (remember it doesn't matter what day you weigh on, you don't have to weigh on the Monday)

You can start giving me your targets from now. In BOLD and RED please (or purple for you purple ladies ;))

0.5lb loss for final weigh in.

10lbs for the next challenge please.

Hope your mouth soon heals Shala, I had a horrible bout of

I bought the Fakaway book last week, its very useful, though as I'm veggie I would have to adapt the recipes. I've made the Thai Green curry, which was yummy. The chicken chow mein is great, but the spicy beanburgers weren't good!

Lots of inspiration, and low syns too, even the pizzas.

I also bought the green book last night, that seems good too, all veggie so great.

Could you put me down for 5lbs for the new challenge please.

    Evening all,

Top Girl - so sorry to hear your sad news. I think SW goes by the by in such circumstances. Take care. x

Shala - Hope your mouth is feeling much better soon. Ulcers are horrible!

Lantanna - How are you doing matey?

Frogga - That cat spat you out, because you tasted vile, and we can see you hiding by the compost bin ;)

Annie - Congratulations! You're doing brilliantly.

    Reporting a -2.5lb loss today.
Can you put me down for the next challenge please Shala, and I'll aim for 10lb
(hoping for more secretly ;) )

I've had another day fully on plan - whoo! go me! :j

    Today's Plan : Green

    B - Danio yogurt (1.5), banana, apple
    Snack - Tangerine
L - Lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, pickled onions, carrot. 4 slices wafer thin ham (3), Lighest mayo (o.5), sliced cooked apples (HeB1), shape yogurt (0.5)
D - Baked potato, light spread (1), half fat cheese (heA1)
Snack - Kellogs Chewy Bar (heB2)
    HeA2 - milk
    Total syns = 6.5

I had a nice long walk with my friend yesterday, so got a bit of body magic in, and today I was sorting through lots of boxes of stuff I used for my events, so lifting, that, and generally on my feet for a few hours this afternoon is better than nothing in my book!

I'll be baking all day the next couple of days, so that's my next big challenge to contend with, then doing an event all day Saturday, surrounded by it all. Must. Resist. Must. Resist. :rotfl:
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
