Hi everyone! Got lots of reading to do to catch up on all your posts. Hope you are all doing ok. Had a horrible week, been feeling really emotional. Had a few days eating far too many syns and a few days eating not very much at all. Overall though have managed a loss of 1lb.

I dont know how I have lost, hoping it doesn't catch up on me next week. Trying to get back on plan but I am away from Sunday til Tuesday so it will involve a lot of eating at restaurants and possibly some wine! Will try to make the best choices I can then 100% back on plan when I get home.

    Happy Easter everyone!

    Evening

Today was not as bad as it could have been seeing as I have been really hungry since I got up.

    B - hot X bun - 9 syns
L - toasted WW Wholemeal pitta, mini babybel light x 3 HEA/HEB, onion
D - Iceland sliced beef in gravy, mushrooms and sweetcorn.

I will have a salted caramel hifi bar later 6 syns. I don't usually eat all my syns but I will today.

I need to fit some fruit in before the end of the day too :D

I hope everyone has had a good day

Welcome Nell - I have an online member ship. Like seeing my progress on the graph lol. Group membership is just not for me.

Well done on the loss veyron

Early start today so no time from proper breakfast. My son is has been given loads of Easter eggs but so far I have managed to resist.

Breakfast - boiled egg, apple cup of coffee
Lunch - speed soup, apple, activia 0 fat yoghurt
Tea - spag bol (left over from last night) with salad

Snacks 2 x hard boiled eggs, will have some fruit later. Getting quite an addiction to melon

Syns tall skimmed starbucks latte 5. Going to spend the rest of vodka!

Much better today food wise, not sure any of the rest has sunk in yet if I'm honest.

Breakfast - Poached egg, mushrooms and tomatoes on HEXB toast

    Dinner - Super speed soup

Tea - SW wedges with trimmed bacon and melted cheese, HEXA + 6 syns with a huge salad, absolutely delicious and really simple, definitely recommend it.

Gonna have an options before bed and that will work out at about 4 with a splash of milk, massive improvement though.
  • Hi everyone just checking in I weighed in late this week -4lbs I put 4.5lbs on the week before though so almost back where I started I didn't think I'd loose considering I slipped and had a whole easter egg that work gave us. Its not even easter yet.

Id love to join the challenge too Could you please put me down for 18lbs.
Might be a little bit optimistic but there you go :T

Another Green day for me today. I'm finding I enjoy Green days the most...:)

Brunch - 2 scrambled eggs, baked beans, mushrooms, grilled tomato.

Snack - Mullerlight, 2 mandarins, grapes.

Dinner - Diet cola chicken (HEB), rice, kiwifruit.

Supper - 40g reduced fat cheese (HEA), 2 cereal bars (HEB), Horlicks Light made with skimmed milk (HEA).

My husband went to Morrisons today and just before he went, he asked me if I wanted him to buy me an Easter Egg, or some chocolate. Of course, I told him not to get me anything. When he returned, he'd bought me 2 Easter cacti instead. Bless him!

Last WI for the challenge and I put on +1lb, still reached my challenge target so not going to be too gloomy about it.

Shala please can I have 14lbs again for the next challenge.
  • I've been naughty this week and Im well over my syns :o bit bad on my first week back! Im probably on about 70 syns in 3 days  stupid Easter chocolate and cakes around everywhere! Damage limitation now- I like to aim for 10 syns a 10 on plan so there's my syns gone for the week! I am supposed to be making creme egg brownies for oh's family tomorrow too so must resist, I told myself I could have one but I wasn't supposed to have the Lindt bunny yesterday that was 27 syns or the 3 Easter cakes the day before at 5 syns each! Still hardly any food in the house so not sure what I am going to eat today. I'll probably graze on fruit this morning for breakfast. Lunch maybe fish again with salad and tea a shepherds pie but mince isn't extra lean so need to see if syns are really bad on that. Failing that I'll just have some dust.
