Me again sorry, I have got sausages on the brain now, have just been told that weight watchers are only 1/2 syn, please please someone tell me this is true, the ones I am using are 5.
It is correct, the Weight Watchers premium pork sausages, chilled 8 pack, 50g are 0.5 syn each on extra easy and original and 3.5 syns on a green day.
If you get the thick sausages they are 1 syn each on extra easy and original and 5 syns on a green day

mummyroysof3 Welcome to the thread. I couldn't get to my local class so I joined SW online. Once this subscription ends, I shall just do it from home.
Today has been another day that I don't know which plan it belongs to...:rotfl:
Breakfast - Mullerlight, banana, grapes.
Lunch - Cheese (HEA) & salad sandwich (HEB), 2 mandarins.
Dinner - Vegetable stir-fry (peppers, spring onions, carrot, courgette, bean sprouts, seasoning, soy sauce) Mullerlight.
Supper - 2 Alpen Light bars, Highlights (2syns) made with milk (HEA).

Happy Easter apart from a tiny tiny tiny piece of Easter egg I have been a good girl.
Breakfast - scrambled egg, ham, cottage cheese and a banana
Lunch - day 3 of my veg packed spag bol, shape 0 fat yoghurt and an apple
Tea - 2 x wholemeal toast (heb) with 1 light dairylea triangle beans, poached egg, linda m veggie sausages x 2. Melon
Snacks - melon, hard boiled egg, apple, banana
Syns dairy lee light 1.5, 2 x lind m veggie sausages 4, tassimo creamer pod 2, tiny bit of easter egg 1, skimmed milk 1 Total 9.5
hea - milk in cuppas
heb - wholemeal bread.
Been so busy not been on my exercise bike. Will start again today. Had a rubbish couple of weeks weight wise, really want to get to my next target I have set myself so need to get 11.5 lb off to hit it.0 -
My neighbour has passed on her books for me too look at and I aim to do it at home rather than classes and see how I get on. I'm just starting to look at meals etc so seeing meal plans on here will help loadsHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

Happy Easter everyone.
I have lost another 3.5lb this week so have reached my Easter target and I am now at a weight lower than I was when I was in the army 16yrs ago. When I got married 14yrs ago I was 16 stone so my wife has never known me this light.
I have now gone from 19 stone 4lb to 14 stone 13.5lb. I was planning to get to 16 stone but have now set my target to 14 stone. This has been done in 13 weeks and has been a really hard but worth while slog. I will now enjoy food a little more and try and lose the last stone slower.
Thanks for all your help on here as without all the support and stories (good and bad) I wouldn't of kept going.:):)

meg the Tesco Light Choices Cumberland sausages are 1 syn each also. I don't eat them as I'm veggie but my DH thinks they are fantastic and they cook lovely without oozing fat everywhere!
Talking of DH he upset me the other day. I have to make allowances as he has had a head injury, but he basically told me that the plan isn't working for me. This is because I gained this week despite being good, but overall I've lost 2.5 stones in 6 months which he'd forgotten about. Made me feel like I must look like crud, so what did I do?! Ate half a bloody Easter egg! Why do I do it??? Now I feel like crud too.

Hi - is there room for another one, please? Rather large atm but I have lost some weight since finishing work last September.
I am struggling on my own so going to join a class on Tuesday morning.
Shala please put me down for 20 lbs for the next challenge although we are away for a week AI for a special anniversary from 15th June so may not quite make it!!!!
I too shop in Al*i now so will be looking carefully at their products.

Just like to pass on my deepest sympathies to TopGirl, I've had my fair share of loss in the last 2 years (both parents:() so am feeling your pain, big hugs x x.
Well WI for final week of challenge gained .8lb for Shala that's over 2 weeks as didn't WI last week (too depressed).
Am happy with that as not only have I fallen off the wagon and lost sight of it, I'm having trouble remembering what it actually looks like. Too much pizza, chocolate, white bread etc :eek:.
Back to work next week so hopefully my head will be back in the right place and I will find my mojo again.
So for next challenge STS please Shala that way I can concentrate on NOT gaining and may even lose a lb or 2.
So a big well done to all you losers and massive hugs to those in need.
Sending homing vibes out to those missing in action (Frogga, MrsM, Dizzy and all our other lovely friends) pop in for a catch up even if you're not following SW anymore, we miss you (well I do)
