Morning everyone, hope you have all had a good Easter.
I've tried very hard to be "moderate" in the snacks/chocolate department, but it's so hard! I weigh in tonight, I'm hoping for a stay the same, as I have had treats, but also been eating good on plan food in between.
So, onwards and upwards to the new challenge, thanks for the new charts Shala_moo.
Today will be a green day (they always are now!!)
B: oats and yoghurt
Snack: Alpen light (old 70 cal recipe, I've stocked up) and a tiny bit of chocolate.
L: left over quorn chili with tinned potatoesno idea yet, I weigh in a 7pm, and meeting finishes around 8.30, so will be starving as usual.

The recipe for Alpen lights has changed which means they are no longer a heb. The 'old' one 70 cals on box are OK ( I've bought loads once I found out about the change)
The 'new' ones are more calories, less fibre no longer heb and around 4 or 4.5 syns each. The box says new, improved or something like that.0 -
The ones that came with my shopping say 70 on so they ok then, that's a shame they no longer count thenHave a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0

10LBS PLEASE SHALA if its not too late to late to join the challenge. I just got back yesterday from Easter long weekend, had a fab time, never ate any chocolate & neither did my kids:rotfl: plenty wine was consumed though, STS SHALA for me this week which I am happy with.
Snacks Burtons fish and chips (took me right back to my childhood) However they are far to tasty and I need the rest removing from my house or I will eat them all! Banana, grapefruit
Oh I got them a few weeks ago, they are bigger than I remember but taste just as good, I managed to only have one pack DH had the rest :rotfl:
I feel I can commit 100% now as all my social events are over (well I have one on Saturday but will be very good as its my big 13 mile charity walk on Sunday)
So EE today for me
B -Fresh Fruit Salad, Muller Greek Mango 0.5 syns
L - Chicken & Ham salad, fresh fruit, Muller Greek Mango 1.5 syns for dressing & yoghurt
D - JP with Tuna Mayo, salad, HEA of cheese 2 syns for mayo & dressing.
HEB - 2 old alpen lights
1 syn used for milk in 2 coffees.
5 syns so far, will maybe have a wee something later on to bring me up to 10 syns.
Sorry to just post & run, I don't have time to catch up with all the posts from over the weekend, hope you are all well & Frogga, lets see you get that slimmer of the week, you know you can do it!!! :T

Didn't remember to post yesterday, first WI of the new challenge and -0.5lb off please Shala.
That's not so bad, considering last WI was only the previous Wednesday.
Have had a couple of treats over the weekend, but trying to keep meals on plan, and syn free, so that they will hopefully balance out across the week. I need to do a shop for fresh yogurts, and more fruit, but totally skint, so will just have to get the essentials we need.
Yesterday I had a disagreement with one of my older sons, who owes us some money. It didn't end well, with me getting upset and him leaving, with things unresolved. I could feel myself wanting to just eat sweet stuff afterwards, but I didn't, so at least I didn't have to feel bad about that too. It was also the anniversary of my husband's passing, so it was always going to be a tough day I guess.
Food yesterday : EE
B - shape yogurt, apple
L - baco sandwich wm bread (heB1) 6 syns, ketchup 1
D - roast beef, sw chips, baked beans.
Dessert: hm rhubarb cake with low fat custard - I guess about 15 syns in that, so definitely over my limit by 7. It could have been a LOT worse!
Today is a Green day for me.
Brunch - WM Cheese (HeA1) & cucumber sandwich (HeBx2), apple, kiwi fruit, shape yogurt.
Dinner - Chicken (5 syns), Pasta bake with a tomato sauce, courgettes, onions, leeks.
Teatime treat - rock bun 10 syns
HeA2 - milk in teas
I spent the morning trying on outfits for my interview tomorrow. Getting into shapewear is a workout in itself! I have a choice of dresses, and also a trouser suit, so depending upon how I feel tomorrow, and what the weather is like when I have to go, I at least have my options open.
I go away to stay with a friend until Friday after my meeting tomorrow lunchtime, but will try to get online if I can. I know we are going to go swimming and do an aquafit class while I'm with her, so that's some body magic at least!
Good to see faces old and new getting on board with the challenge. For those like me who just try to keep plodding, carry on. I've accepted that it's a long journey to get to where I want with my weightloss, but it's slowly but surely going in the right direction, even if I do seem to have a lot of pit-stops along the way.One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
