Just hopped on to say, it's the start of day 3 and all is still well. My tummy has gone down already, the bloating and the headaches have cleared. I'm in a much better mood as I feel so much better when not eating carp.
One of the girls in my class in my class bought me in a HUGE white chocolate bunny, and a stick of rock from her Easter holidaysit's such a sweet thought, but there is no way I could have it lying around. Although I feel strong at the moment, one little wobble and I'd stuff my face with it
So I gave it to Mr Frog and the Tadpoles to share :T Feeling very virtuous.
Love and special hugs to you all but especially to Mildredd Beanie TIE Maman Scary Shala Catt Nessie Macpep Green Tiger Seabee (God I hope I didn't miss anyone of my old pals out there?) :kisses3:
Hugs for you too my lovely, you are doing fab, :T, well done on giving your easter treats away.
Thoughts are with Mildred today & also good luck with the interview Sary, I am sure you will smash it!
Tazzyb - Yay!!! Well done you :T, fab loss & great feeling stepping down to the next stone bracket!
So last night was date night I had my wine as usual, but ate 1/2 a small cadbury easter egg, havn't event looked up syns yet, I am not a chocolate person at all but love the easter eggs so I have prob used up 3 days worth of syns.
I am doing a 13 mile walk on Sunday, there are 4 pitstops where we get water & food, I weigh in on Monday & have no idea how to syn this, we get a bag at the start with water, cereal bar to keep us going until first pitstop. Also at the end we get a gourmet burger co burger (think thats what its called):eek::eek:
I plan on being as low syn as possible the rest of the week & no wine so hopefully this will help & I hope walking 13 miles will burn a few calories.
EE Today
B - Scrambled eggs, mushrooms, fruit
L - Speed Soup, fruit salad muller cheesecake yoghurt 1 syn
D - Fajhita pasta, salad HEA of cheese
HEB - 2 alpen lights
Syns - 1 for milk in 2 coffees, yoghurt 1 (2 in total)
Have a good day everyone. :T:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Happy happy days :-D
Finally under 20 stone! Loss of 2.6 pounds
Lost a total of 22 pounds in 9 weeks, but other then my boobs getting smaller cannot see any difference. Not gone down a clothes size yet. I have a massive pile of size 24 jeans that I cannot wait to get in.
Going to try changing up my healthy extra's this week as I have gotten stuck in a rut. So instead of my usual toast this morning I have had bran flakes.
Got a massive amount of paper work to do today, so will pop in later with my menu.
Have a good day everyone.
Well done! :T that is my first goal, to get under 20st. My problem is I keep losing the same stone and not sticking with it.0 -
Having a Green day today. Slept badly (as in didn't sleep much) last night but managed to avoid opening the cupboard and nibbling, got a book instead and read. Feeling exhausted now lol.SPC No:118:j (6) £468.74 (7)

BTW this is the first time I have ever confessed my weight to anyone other than a health professional; not even my nearest and dearest are allowed in on on my nasty secret.
I am also 5' 2", I weighed 12st 13lbs last July and I now weigh 10st 6lbs and have 6lbs to target.
I have been struggling lately as I find the smaller I am getting the harder it gets to loose and I have to be more strict with myself to get the weight off.
From my experience slow and steady wins the race. I stay to class each week and find the people that start SW really strict and only having 5 syns a day or I know of some people that don't have any syns at all they don't last long and end up yo-yoeing. Up until recently I made sure that I was having 15 syns a day and trying new recipes so that I didn't get bored and I try and eat meals that are similar to what I used to eat before but obviously they are cooked in a more healthy way e.g sausage and bean casserole, chilli con carne with potato wedges, tortilla chips and salad, pizza, cowboy hotpot, ham, egg and chips etc

Hi everyone.
I had a STAY THE SAME at weigh in last night. I don't mind that really, as I had eaten a few chocolatey extras, and cake over the weekend. So back on it now, mainly green days I think.0 -

Hope everything went well for you today Sary and that you are feeling better soon Mildred
I've spent the last few days trying to beat Frogga's impressive weight gain, but then reason prevailed this morning and I realised I could never hope to match that target so I've taken out my thickest marker pen and drawn a line.

Same from me please. I hope all is going really well for mildredd and can't wait for her to be fit and pain free.
Just caught up on 7 pages since I went on my Easter break. I ate all sorts of rubbish and feel bloated.:(
I'm off to do a bit of shopping (SFs especially) so I can get back on plan ASAP but DH heard he's passed his exams today so it could be midweek alcohol syns tonight!:eek:0 -

I'm glad you've realised your limitations. I truly am an expert at the weight gain competition so you really should give up rather than embarrass yourself by losing badly
Sending Mildredd everyone's best wishes.

Hi all! Hope you had a good easter.
Well, I am back from my little break and must confess I haven't stuck to plan at all! With too much wine, cheesey topped nachos, cooked breakfast AND pastries, an italian reataurant and sooo much more, I daren't even start guessing at how many syns I have consumed. On the plus side, we did lots of walking so that must help a little???!!
Back on plan today. I have a nice piece of pork roasting in the oven and will have loads of veggies with it. Not expecting a loss this week, but hoping to minimise the damage done.
Thanks Shala for keeping the charts updated. Can you please put me down for a 10lb loss for this next challenge. I havent set myself a proper target but i think that will be about it for me. Then will come the challenge of trying to keep it off!0
