Well, I am back from my little break and must confess I haven't stuck to plan at all! With too much wine, cheesey topped nachos, cooked breakfast AND pastries, an italian reataurant and sooo much more, I daren't even start guessing at how many syns I have consumed. On the plus side, we did lots of walking so that must help a little???!!
Thanks Shala for keeping the charts updated. Can you please put me down for a 10lb loss for this next challenge. I havent set myself a proper target but i think that will be about it for me. Then will come the challenge of trying to keep it off!
I'm ashamed to say that the only walking I did was back and forth to restaurants and bars.:o
I've managed to stay at target for almost three years (:T to tie for all your years BTW). There is official SW advice about having a few extra HEXs to stay at target but that sounded far too boring for me.;) What I do is eat on plan as much as possible so that I can have off plan meals especially when I'm going out or for a Saturday evening treat if at home. So basically extra syns!:D
I've done a bit of a shop to see us through to the weekend. My trolley was like a Harvest Festival!
Today's EE menu:
B: HEB Shreddies with HEA milk
L: apple and bananabaked cod, new potatoes, roasted veg (onion, garlic, carrots, mushrooms, peppers, tomatoes, celery) and possibly some mange tout as well.
Syns: celebratory wine syns:j0 -
Am taking bets on how long it will take TIE to get her glasses to read that one
Just hopped on to say, it's the start of day 3 and all is still well. My tummy has gone down already, the bloating and the headaches have cleared. I'm in a much better mood as I feel so much better when not eating carp.
One of the girls in my class in my class bought me in a HUGE white chocolate bunny, and a stick of rock from her Easter holidaysit's such a sweet thought, but there is no way I could have it lying around. Although I feel strong at the moment, one little wobble and I'd stuff my face with it
So I gave it to Mr Frog and the Tadpoles to share :T Feeling very virtuous.
BTW, Mildred will be MIA as she's in hospital with her Gallbladder. Think positive thoughts for her today
Love and special hugs to you all but especially to Mildredd Beanie TIE Maman Scary Shala Catt Nessie Macpep Green Tiger Seabee (God I hope I didn't miss anyone of my old pals out there?) :kisses3:
I'm wearing them all the time now when reading the forum and even with them on I couldn't read that :rotfl: good job an ipad expands :T
Still in denial that I need glasses but know I do reallyIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I've spent the last few days trying to beat Frogga's impressive weight gain, but then reason prevailed this morning and I realised I could never hope to match that target so I've taken out my thickest marker pen and drawn a line.I'm glad you've realised your limitations. I truly am an expert at the weight gain competition so you really should give up rather than embarrass yourself by losing badly
Sending Mildredd everyone's best wishes.
Thinking of you Beanie with your recent troubles :A

It was my wi last night and I have lost a stonking 8lbs this week for my first proper week.
As I am back in the office tomorrow I am looking at packed lunched sites for ideas, and I think I'm going to try making a little fruit salad to snack on as well as cous cous with ham for lunch. That way I have no excuse to have bacon sarnies and crumble and custard at the canteen. I just must try not to autopilot and have vending machine coffee all day, and loose my syns on that without thinking again.[STRIKE]Original Mortgage 07/07 £160000 LTV 100% [/STRIKE]Remortgaged 10/13 £118000 LTV 84%

Way to go suse
Thanks mumoftwo and macpep1 Really pleased, after a week with a gain and then a tiny loss I was feeling like I was not getting anywhere. The of course I stupidly weighed myself on Sunday and was the same weight as my Wednesday weigh so was dreading getting on the scales. Learnt my lesson though. No sneaky weighing mid week.
Breakfast - bran flakes with skimmed milk, shape 0 fat yoghurt, banana
Lunch - jacket potato with beans, quark and spring onion, strawberry's dipped in vanilla quark. (vanilla quark is yummy!)
Tea - lamb (defrosted it thinking it was beef!) stir fry stuffed full of veggies and 1/2 a packet of uncle bens wholegrain rice.
Hea - milk on bran flakes and in cuppas
Heb - bran flakes
Syns Vanilla quark 1, uncle bens wholegrain rice 1.75, burtons fish and chips 6, curly wurly 6.5. TOTAL 15.25 I will live with the 0.25 over.
Exercise 10 minutes with my new 2.5 kilo weights - trying to tone my arms and back to minimise flabby skin and 6 km on the exercise bike.0 -
