Hope everyone enjoyed Easter and didn't go too crazy.

I made the conscience effort not to pig out and treat Easter Sunday like Christmas, I enjoyed a hot cross bun (with butter) and then had a syn free lunch of tuna salad, and salmon and jacket potato while the rest of the family enjoyed roast lamb with all of the trimmings!

I have a crème egg to enjoy tonight but have included in my syns so am feeling all fluffy and positive for a change!

I'm also starting the 30 day shred again. I've joined a group on facebook and am hoping this will keep me motivated.

Well done to all the losers in the last few days, and for the newbies and re-joining members. Its good to see everyone posting.

A big thanks to Shala for the charts, I appreciate all of the effort that goes into them.

Sat here feeling rather uncomfortable after a long weekend of poor food choices. I didn't get round to much meal planning today but think I'm going to have a Heb of muesli for breakfast tomorrow followed by grapefruit. Snack banana. Not sure re lunch yet and dinner jackets.

Hello.. sorry don't have much time to post again today :o

I've picked up everyone's targets up to here.. and for weigh-in days it's up to you guys.. you start your challenge when you want - just give me your results and i'll chart them :D Jeanie I've added your -1 loss...

There isn't any hard and fast rules as everyone weighs differently, it's there to keep yourself in check rather than competing.. (unless you're frogga :p)

I'm totally scuppered this week and next for food as I'm not in my normal work environment, I won't be able to take food with me so I'll have to buy take out everyday  already been horrendous over Easter weekend too so that's me swinging back to my high weight again!

I'm just going to have to take each day as it comes and make some healthy choices rather than SW choices..

Good luck everyone for your challenges :j

    Hiya
I had a nice surprise at WI tonight.. 1 1/2 lb off :) I've done no exercise all week and I've basically just been laying on the sofa in agony most of the week.. We went to the RAF museum today for OH and he had to push me round in a wheelchair that we borrowed as I was in too much pain to walk :( but that's a nice loss. 5lbs to target but as I said I feel like im already there :) especially when I feel a million dollars in my dress on Saturday :)
    Today's menu:
B: Porridge (4.5 syns) Activia 0% peach yoghurt, pint of NAS Ribena
L: just a quick snack- metcalfes skinny Topcorn (6 syns) cup of coffee
Snack: HEXB HiFi Xmas pudding, 2 cups of NAS squash
T: Tesco Healthy living Chicken in tomato and basil sauce (1 syn) steamed mixed veg, Activia yoghurt, NAS Ribena
S: 3 Ryvita cracked black pepper, 3 HEXA laughing cow light blue cheese, cup of tea
