0.5 for Balsamic vinaigrette and 1.5 for Honey and Mustard. That's per tbsp. I might go and get some myself.:D0 -

Glad to see everyone still plodding along.
I have a great/terrible day yesterday!
I went to my silks class which was amazing body magic however I was completely shaking after it (think my muscles are going into shock, don't think I have dome an exercise so hard!) so thought I really needed some sugar for the drive back, so I had a large chocolate milkshake, a malteaser bunny and the small box of mini eggs, which wasn't great! Although it did stop the shakes!
Anyway onto today:
B: bannana on toast (hexb1) shreddes with milk (hexa1)
L: salad with qourn and some pickled onions, cheese (hexa2)qourn roast, parsnips, cabbage and potatoes
Snack: yoghurt (1) maybe some fruit too if I get the evening nibbles£0.00/£2014 saved!

Oh dear, just made tea and had a slight misread, used 1 table spoon of Chinese 5 spice instead of 1 teaspoon. Luckily it still tasted OK, just a bit on the "strong" side!!0

Got my 3 stone award tonight so 42lbs gone since I joined on jan 2nd
After many many years of yoyo dieting I really feel I may have cracked it this time, I feel more in control. I still have 6/7 more stones to go but I honestly feel that this will be the time it works and I achieve target. Good luck everyone0 -
Haven't seen the HiFi Seductive Salted Caramel - will have to have a look on Thursday. They sound yummy! Is it just 1 for HEB? Might be difficult to stop at just one, LOL!
