    Hi everyone.

I'm back after a very synful break with the family - which I thoroughly enjoyed! I didn't WI last week and I think it'll be a waste of time tomorrow too, so even though there's only a week left of the challenge, you'd better take me out, Shala . This week I have 2 lunches out and a birthday to contend with, so I'll start back after WI next Tuesday. I'll even put my (re)starting weight in then, so I can't hide. In the meantime I'll be following SW here and there (wrong, wrong, wrong, I know) and hoping I don't break the scales next week.

I've read back through the posts, but there are too many to comment on just now, although I have to say a special, "hi," to Mildredd, hope you are managing ok - won't be long now.

Hi to newcomers, well done losers, keep on trucking the rest of us. Thanks to everyone for all the support.

Hey all. I'm still here just been super busy.

I lost another 1.5lb last week which I'm ok with. Have been trying super hard these last few weeks and only seem to be having small losses but a loss is a loss.

I had a sneaky weigh in this morning and have gained 3lb over the weekend, which I don't really understand. I have eaten pasta and bread for the first time in 6 weeks so Im putting it down to this.

Have been super holy, refusing alcohol, chocolate and mcdonalds. Have been swimming over the weekend and have just returned from an aqua aerobics session. I will be gutted if I haven't lost this week, I feel a gain may push me over the edge, especially with all of these chocolate eggs flying around.

Will catch up properly tomorrow. Hope everyone is doing ok and enjoying this lovely weather.

I'm disappointed that I've only lost 1lb after having a green week. I know I've stuck to plan and had nowhere near the number of syns that I could have, so I don't know where I'm going wrong. As I've said before, I don't think my portion sizes are too big as I generally have similar amounts to what are allowed as healthy extras. However, after reading what shala wrote about having too much fruit, I think I'm guilty of this as I do eat a lot, usually a couple of portions after meals and it's what I'd normally snack on between meals, so I'll eat less and see if that helps.

I'm also going to get into the habit of posting what I've eaten every evening, in the hope that you lot will tell me if you can see where I'm going wrong, or can make any suggestions.:D

I'm not sure which plan to class today as?

    Breakfast - Banana, Mullerlight

Lunch - Lettuce, tomato and cucumber sandwich (wholemeal bread).

Dinner - 80g prawns, 1 nest of egg noodles, broccoli, carrot, green pepper, spring onions, mushrooms, chilli, garlic, soy sauce stir fried. A few grapes.

Supper - 40g All Bran, skimmed milk. Hilights hot choc.

Jeanie, your 1lb loss is good - I wouldn't cut down on anything otherwise you might feel a bit deprived and end up giving up or having a bit of a blow out! Do you not eat a lot of food generally, because I'd be hungry with the amount you put on your menu...

Whichever plan you are doing today you will have to syn your supper as there are too many heb's? Is that what you intended?

Shala, if I class yesterday as EE and count the bread and milk as HEs and syn the All Bran and Hilights, that would be right wouldn't it?

It doesn't look as though I ate much but there were lots of veggies in my stir fry and I struggled to eat it all.

I've never really eaten big portions at meals, apart from desserts, but I've always eaten the wrong sorts of food. I've been known to cook my family a nice meal and whilst they ate it, I would go into the other room and scoff biscuits and sweets. There's no wonder I'm so overweight now!

Morning jeanie, yes that would work if you synned the all bran and highlights - and it's well within your syns for the day:D

I just went to weigh in for the week a whole day early!! rookie mistake... i'd have put 0.5lb on which isn't too bad for what i've eaten so let's see what happens tomorrow after i've been on my bestest behaviour today!

    Plan for today
    B - banana, yogurt
    L - savoury rice, chicken
T - some sort of roasted veg, pickles, salad and fish
    S - crisps(4) milk in tea (a) orange

Not got a heb - so i'll have to fit that in somewhere
