Water, NAS VimtoGood morning, I am just checking if some kind soul will help me.
If I have some gammon or chicken in the fridge, can if eat it between meals if I am on an EE day or a red day?
Also I have been really extra good this week but my scales don't show much of a loss... Maybe a pound, but every time I get on them they never look any different. Is it the scales or am I not losing and doing something wrong. HELP !!!!
The closest I can find for parkin is 4.5syns for 25g but I doubt that's like home made.
You're right, you can snack on lean meat on EE or Red days but I have a theory about free foods. I tend to eat my SFs across a day on EE so while I may have none with breakfast say, across a day I make sure I have at least a third of SFs. So if you keep snacking on free foods then IMO you have to up the SFs in proportion.
Looking at your menu for today, I'd say your dinner needs veg with it or fruit snacks afterwards, particularly if you're snacking on meat.
I've got to target by mainly doing EE but I'm convinced that you need loads of SFs to lose.Sabrina237 wrote: »Does anyone know how many syns are in the Minted Lamb Hotpot Heinz soup please?
11.5 syns on all plans for the whole tin.
Sounds like you had a good day MrsR.
So exciting hearing about your dress mrlady. Do try to stick to plan for the next few weeks, I'm sure you'll look fab.;)
Sorry to hear so many of you being chased by black dogs. Don't worry about posting though, we're a very supportive lot. Trouble shared and all that.:)
I've not had a good weekend. meals have been OK except for a chicken pie last night but I've eaten 4 welshcakes and a couple of hot cross buns.:o
I'm feeling reasonably slim so don't think any damage has shown up yet. Back on plan today:
EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, 2 boiled eggs, HEB toast
L: not sure, probably vegetable soup unless I feel inspired to make frittataroast beef, roast potatoes and parsnips, red cabbage, cauli, broccoli, carrots
Syns: gravy and weekend wine:j
Menu could just as easily be Green as I'll only have a small amount of beef.
Made a SC full of chunky chilli (with diced beef rather than mince) and portioned up 5 HM ready meals.
Beautiful day here, have a good Sunday all.:A0 -

Evening all, hope you are all enjoying this glorious Sunday evening.
For the first time since I started my journey (28th Dec2013) I went out and had little control over what I could eat. We went to eat all you can Chinese buffet (hubby's birthday wish with friends) I didn't drink and had water/ diet coke. I had a small portion of duck, cucumber sticks, beef in black bean sauce, a chicken dish, plain rice and a soft noodle dish I also had a few large prawns. I went up twice with a smallish plate. I know I've had syns ( had none yesterday other than Chinese) and none today. I tried to avoid too much sauce with the beef and chicken dish and had no fried stuff ( just crispy duck) tried to eat the leanest bits. What damage have I done do you think? Do you think 2 days syns are enough or should I also have none tomorrow ( I weigh Tuesday night)
Thanks x0 -
Hi all!
Ee for me today:
Breakfast: butchers sausage (2 syns?), bacon, egg, mushrooms, potatoes fried in fry lite, sauce (1syn)

Dinner: sw doner kebab, made with butchers lamb mine (3 syns?), salad, peppers, pickles, sw chips and wholemeal pitta (hexb)
Snack: pink n white (2.5 syns), eton mess type pudding (3.5 syns)
Hoping I dont get the munchies this evening as I don't have many syns left. I usually like to save them for the evening.0 -
Maman thanks for checking. I forgot to add my cauliflower and mixed veg at my evening meal it was just a typing error.
I usually have plenty of fruit with my meals and in-between meals. I know it's a lot to ask but do you think you could check each day for a week as I must be going wrong somewhere my scales never seem to alter much. I know I shouldn't blame my scales but it does seem strange..
Thanks0
