Some people may disagree with me here but I personally think slimmer of the week should be on body weight % rather than just the amount as I do think that would be fairer£0.00/£2014 saved!

Room for a not so little one? I have been on the slimming world threads in the past but 2 pregnancies and a love of food have got back to within 4lbs of my heaviest
I have supposed to have been losing weight all year but with the way I have been eating I am surprised I've maintained! I have decided I am going to go back to group as I know I won't be able to stand the embarrassment of constant gains! I have a wedding 6 weeks today and its already too late to get to where I want to be so it is damage limitation now! My children turn 1 and 3 in June/July so I think I will set some targets for then!

It should get easier as lose more weigh too as less fat to lift off the ground :rotfl:

Hi everyone
Not a good result for me this week - 2lb gain - entirely my own fault. Went out for dinner at the Harvester and should have said no to the nachos and dessert:eek: Although I have to say that they must be the worst restaurant for vegetarians, only 4 menu choices and one of those has 841 calories!!!!
Back on track now, so hopefully will get rid of the gain this week
Hope you all have a good week

 stress got me, comfort eating found me. I knew it was coming cause I was overloaded. Happens every term. I just lose the time to plan.
Didn't realise I was off plan until ... well meh.
Does it matter? Back to the drawing board. Return to square 1.
*Sigh* Tired of this circle but only I can break it.
'Must try harder.'
Needless to say. NOT looking forward to the scales in the morning.Well ain't I just a bundle of joy and skippty?:o
Nuff o that.
At least now I can catch up with all you lovely peoples! The planning starts again proper in the morning. No more snacking starts right now.0 -
Hi natterjack, nice to see you over here! You could easily lose a stone in 6 weeks for the wedding!
Veyrongirl, I think half the reason I'm overweight as a vegetarian is that everyone thinks we only eat creamy or cheesey sauces! It's so hard to be good in a restaurant! (Sweeping statement but you get what I mean hopefully!).
Swiper, good luck for getting back on track XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

Have NOT weighed in this week as the black dog is visiting me also. Had a 'can't be arsed' week, not been on track for the first time in ages. I know why, as we scattered mums ashes today and it's been an emotional roller coaster all week. Hopefully things will get better.
So probably best to put me down for a STS Shala please. Failed this challenge completely, just another thing to beat myself up aboutIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Well I made the burger in a bowl from the fakeaway cookbook but I didn't like it. It was worth a try, as it could have been my most favourite thing, but I don't think I will make it again.
I am going to do the hotdogs next I think.
Syns for today were 9 1/2.
