Just checking that it is actually 2 x aplen light for 1 choice of my heb? In the book it says

    Alpen light 1
Alpen light 2, I'm assuming a mis print and 1 bar is for normal not light. Is this correct.
t's to do with the symbols by the side of the foods in the book.

If you have just one it says FF & S - which means Fibre and Speed food

If you have 2 it says FF - which means just Fibre

    Hope that helps.

Have now got round to sorting out my menu for today. Going to be another EE day:

B - scrambled eggs on 1 slice of WM toast (3); pineapple
L - ham salad sandwich (HEO + 1 - LTL mayo instead of spread)
D - chicken & lentil one pot, boiled potatoes & green beans. There's garlic, onions, tom puree and mushrooms in the chicken dish.

HEA - SS milk in tea throughout the day
    HEB - bread for sandwich
Syns - 1 slice WM bread 3; mayo 0.5. Will also have some wine as going to a get together while away in the MH.

Shala - 1.5 lbs off for me please

Still here - still feeling like rubbish - did a bit of retail therapy yesterday which helped a bit............

3 Dresses, a pair of electric blue skinny jeans, 3 tops and a pair of gym shorts to be precise lol - anyway everything a size 12 woo hoo.

I'm now officially in the 10 stone something club - wish my form was better so I could be more delighted about it. 0.5 lbs to go to my 6 stone cert. Hope you are all well :)

Sorry you're still feeling low lantanna. You must be doing something right to have lost again.:T As our dear friend would say, keep plodding...

I did a bit of retail therapy yesterday too. Just a pair of jeans from Next and a white top from White Stuff to help me over Easter but I still need to make some decisions about clothes for 'real' summer.

Daisy, as far as I can see the 8.5 is for chow mein with beef so I'd syn vegetable lower. If it's something you enjoy I can see a Waitrose one for just 4 syns.

So far, I've had scrambled eggs on toast. DH gave me extra toast again! I've now cleared the freezer drawer and I'm going to buy a couple of 400g loaves today so it can't happen again. The mse in me says it's an expensive way to buy bread but SW wise I think it'll be better for me and if it helps DH cut back too it's a bonus.

Next task is to do my meal plan for the week and then a shop so I'll post my menu later.

I buy the 400g loaves for me and they generally last me over a week so costwise not that bad.

Unfortunately DH can't eat WM bread as it makes his IBS flare up so he has white, although at the moment he's trying the new Kingsmill High Fibre white loaf which seems to be OK (it's only £1 a loaf at the moment in Tesco, which is a bonus). I'm wondering whether because it's high fibre SW might make it a HEB (hoping!) - that would certainly save some money if we could both eat the same bread!

Hello.. thanks for the messages, the wedding wasn't too bad foodwise, but I can't say the same for my breakfast :ohash browns, pancakes, bacon and syrup - I don't know what the syns were but it was probably in the 1,000,000's... back on it now though, won't have any lunch but will have SW chips, katsu chicken and salad for tea..

We did enjoy the wedding but i'm dreading seeing the photos, there were a lot taken and I imagine I looked like a big old fattie ghost because i'm so pale.. :o I absolutely hate having my photo taken, because it ruins the illusion that you thought you looked nice on the day :( never mind, its over now!

macpep my OH is allergic to our hairy child too, he's fine once he's taken his tablet :rotfl: the things we put up with for the cuteness factor!!

    Welcome back GFB and miss_independent!

Mildredd, hope your op is soon x

Great loss lantanna - you've met your easter target :j

Very tired today, long day y'day and late night so I think i'll allow myself a nanny nap this afternoon... at least it'll keep me out of the fridge :D
