Hi everyone hope you all had a good weekend!!
Just catching up on all your progress now
Weigh in last night after a 2 week binge :mad:
and the result ... +4.5 :eek::eek::mad::mad:
Only myself to blame I know but drawing a big line today I've had a day off so have avoided the kitchen as much as possible
Snack - Pack of baby sweetcorn
L - Ryvita Crackerbreads (I know these are 1 syn each but I cheat and have them for my HEB because I don't like brown bread/normal ryvitas or any of the other HEB) & Philly light cheese spread with chives HEA
D Beans 2 ½ sausages (2 ½ Syns) and some mixed veg salad from asda of cabbage carrots and & broccoli with ranch sauce (3 syns I guess) didn't really go with beans I know but had them on separate plates :rotfl:
Snack - orange & cereal bar (5syns)0 -

Oooh, I've really enjoyed my tea tonight!:D Something I haven't had for years and years... It was only baked beans on toast topped with poached eggs but I enjoyed it so much I just had to let you all know.:rotfl:

I know you didn't mean to be controversial but that's the one thing I can't get my head around with SW: blind faith. I'm fascinated by how/why things work but I realise that SW want to keep it quiet so that they can make money from it. I just console myself that I'm eating healthy food and all the syn/HEX things are what you'd normally try to eat sparingly.
I completely agree with you... I like to understand things to. It's very simply how foods work with each other and how much useful energy you get etc. the syns and healthy extras are to ensure you have a well balanced intake of food but don't eat too much of those things. Can I join? I joined SW last week and had my first weigh in this week, a gain of 1.5. :mad: gutted.
I've bought the new fakeaway book for inspiration and I'm going to make sure I keep and diary of absolutely everything I eat.
I've gotiroughly a stone to lose to get back to my pre-baby weight, hoping to hit target by the time I go back to work at the end of June.0 -
2lb off for me this week.
I'm very very happy with that, if I get 2.5lb next week I've got my 1st stone off then it will be just 1 more or maybe 1 and a half.......happy happy happy.0 -

Don't forget your crisp syns, that would make it 17 altogether. Although you seem to have syned your toastie as well as HE'ing it. Bit confused nowso easily done these days :rotfl:

Morning all, just a quick post this morning. The wheels have come right off the wagon at this end. After being a total angel at the all inclusive buffet 3 times a day when on holiday, I've just lost the plot since I've come back. I'm full of the cold plus have really hurt my back somehow so can't really cook, so I've just been grabbing rubbish / bread / takeaways. I looked at the scales yesterday and was GUTTED at what I saw but just seem to have lost all my motivation.........can anyone help???? I just feel like I am right back to square one at the moment. Also very hormonal, hence the totally self indulgent whinging!!0
