Sorry for the 20 questions, wish I'd been on green from the start really, then I would have just done it without question!
One thing my old consultant said was... don't question it, just do it. It works like magic
If you can have 2 healthy extras, then go for it! You aren't doing any harm... and I thoroughly enjoy my green days when I don't have to syn my alpen light bars even though I had a B choice for breakfastBecame Mrs Scotland 16.01.16Became homeowners 26.02.16

Thank you for this, I did tell her it couldn't possibly be free but she insisted as she said her consultant had told her, theres no fat in meringue so its free, when I asked about the sugar she said it doesn't count, I. gave up.
Can I just ask please is the 1 syn for the muller light for the whole pot, it only uses 2 teaspoon. Though I must say that even if it is 3.1\5 syns this is so good its worth it.
Yes it would be 1 syn for the whole potOfficially debt free :j0 -

I know you didn't mean to be controversial but that's the one thing I can't get my head around with SW: blind faith. I'm fascinated by how/why things work but I realise that SW want to keep it quiet so that they can make money from it. I just console myself that I'm eating healthy food and all the syn/HEX things are what you'd normally try to eat sparingly.0 -
macpep~your kitten (& cat) are sooo cute.
Great result Mrs Please let me be lucky :j :j

Oh my life aren't they gorgeous!!! Mine loves plastic bags too :rotfl: little weirdos!
Well I've just had another trip to the dentist and was feeling sorry for myself so decided I was having chips for tea.. luckily, from somewhere, some resolve turned up and my sweet potato is in the oven cooking away merrily instead! phew...
Might treat myself to a meringue nest and yogurt for pudding after seeing it on here.:D
It's the wedding I was trying to lose a stone for tomorrow (didn't lose it) so I can't control the eating, and won't be on here, but I'll be back on track after breakfast on Friday :T

Have a lovely time at the wedding you deserve it after all your hard work on the list
Those meringue nests are just divine. I am going to an Easter lunch at my brothers on Sunday and I would normally take a big
caloriehorific chocolate cake but I am going to do some nests instead with just a tiny little egg and a cute yellow chicken.Slimming World at target0 -
Evening all,
I have had a green day today, and thoroughly enjoyed it!
Breakfast weetabix and milk hea 1 and heb 1
snack alpen light heb2
fruit
lunch: omlette with halumi (hea 2), quorn and loads of veg
snack: muller light (1 syn), apple
hot chocolate (2 syns)
dinner: Spicy bean burgers (1.5 syns) from the fakeaway book. Not too keen on these to be honest, needs much more flavour and the texture wasn't to my liking!
Sweet potato and normal fries, with peas and sweetcorn
snack: alpen light (still part of heb 2)
I'm off for my skiing lesson now, but have fruit and meringue nest ready for when I get back.
That is a LOT of food, please tell me I have it right for the green day! The burgers had 2 slices of wholemeal bread between 8 burgers, so assuming that's where the syns come from.0 -
Mrslady well done on your club 10
Please-let-me well done on your 2.5 stone award.
Welcome 2bsize14
Gain for me this week - just under 1lb. Totally my own fault so moving on, annoyed with myself as I only needed to lose 1/2 to get under 20 stone which was my next personal target.
Breakfast - 1 x scan bran with 1 light laughing cow, banana, apple
Lunch - Jacket potato with beans and salad
Dinner - Beef casserole stuffed full of veg, pearl barley, served with smash, cabbage and carrots. Melon, strawberries and a 0 % fat activa yoghurt.
Syns - cream egg 9.5, milk in cuppas 1.
Still got most of my hea and heb left.0
