The Asda chosen by you meringue nest, 8 pack, 13g each is 2.5 syns each

The muller light banoffee pie flavour is 1 syn and if the forest fruit is frozen chosen by you that that would be free. Think you better let your friend know that it is not free.

    HTH

    Tracey

Thank you for this, I did tell her it couldn't possibly be free but she insisted as she said her consultant had told her, theres no fat in meringue so its free, when I asked about the sugar she said it doesn't count, I. gave up.

Can I just ask please is the 1 syn for the muller light for the whole pot, it only uses 2 teaspoon. Though I must say that even if it is 3.1\5 syns this is so good its worth it.

    Hi all,

I think I have the hang of the green day, but it seems weird that I can eat MORE than on EE!!

    So today I have had:
Oats (heab 1) - Muller light
    Alpen light - 2.5 syns
    Apple/bannana

Left over rice dish with veg and quorn

    1 x babybell (heb x 1)
    Almonds (heb 2)

Dinner was the chicken chow mein from the new Fakeaways book. It says it's 8.5 syns on green, but Im guessing this is just if it's made with chicken not quoen, as I synned it at 1.5 with all the ingredients.

Then tonight a muller yog at 1 syn (yum!)
Meringue nest at 3 syns, fruit free and 1 table spoon of elmlea light 1 syn

So is that a green day + 9 syns?

Thanks all, this could be a great breakthrough as I love haloumi and cheese.

Hi Michele, I know it might be a typo but your babybel would be a heA.. And I'm sure you need to have more than 1 for a healthy extra.. I'll just check - yup you need 2 as a healthy extra - it's so you get enough calcium. Not a big issue I guess, but just thought I'd let you know you can have more cheese if you want!!:D

Wizkid, your green day looks fine.:D

    32b3 - brilliant loss, great start.. :T

Right off to bed, another day kept on track :j however I've had pasta the night before weigh in  never good !! We'll see what tomorrow holds...

Shala-moo thanks for checking, sorry got my a's and b's mixed! I just looked in the book, and as they were light, I could have 3 babybels. That just seems wayyyyy to much cheese for a "diet" still, I'm sure I can manage!

The thing I don't get is why can I choose 1 or 2 hea's why not have an exact number? Do you cut one out if not loosing much?

Sorry for the 20 questions, wish I'd been on green from the start really, then I would have just done it without question!

    Evening all
Maman, no I didn't wear all those layers haha! I always wear a vest and leggings for WI, but my leggings are quite thin so I wear something over them and a t-shirt or hoodie over my vest top. I took the t-shirt and joggers off before WI!
Stuck rigidly to the meal plan I posted yesterday :j the only extra thing I had was a bottle of water while out for my walk :)
Have finally bit the bullet and listed my beloved full Lipsy trackie on EBay where it's already creating somewhat of a bidding war :j I've had a message asking how much I would be prepared to sell it for (I listed it for 10% of the price I originally paid for it but it didn't last long at that price!) so hopefully it will make a decent price :)
Full of cold :( I'm going to Ealing for the rugby at the weekend so hopefully will feel better tomorrow.
    Tomorrow's meal plan:
B: Frozen mixed fruit salad, Mullerlight
L: Tuna pasta, pink lady apple
T: Tesco Healthy living chicken with tomato and basil sauce (1/2 a syn and it's gorgeous! Thank you SW mag :)) steamed mixed veg, 2 x Alpen light cherry Bakewell bars (HEXB)
S: 2 x Tesco Wheat Biscuits (6 syns) and HEXA milk
Drinks: water, NAS Ribena, 7Up Free
    Night all xx

    Morning all,

Michele, when I first started SW in the 90's (when i was aged ermmm 7 ;)) you could only have 1 HEA, and then i think some science came out that said calcium actually helps you lose weight so they upped it to 2 HEA's... so i guess now they just let you choose.. i'd go with 2 to start with and then drop it if you feel it's no helping you lose.

Mrs_ryan -get lots of vitamin c down you quick! :D

Well my dreaded pasta weigh in was ok - i lost 2lbs :j:j

Menu plan for today - red day
    B - melon, pineapple
    L - chicken sandwich (heb), crisps(4), mayo (1)
T - chicken, sweet potato (heb), salad
    S - alpen light (3?) milk (hea)
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.
